At first, many gamers didn't like the new look of inFamous 2 hero Cole, so Sucker Punch decided they would change his look back to something that more closely resembled the original Cole. The new vision of Cole they had revealed wasn't a bad design, but gamers thought the change from the original Cole was too great and it was almost an entirely new character.
In a new inFamous 2 video, according to a post on NeoGAF, Sucker Punch seems to reveal the new design of Cole at the current point in development, and it certainly comes a lot closer to the original design. For a comparison, you can view the new Cole, the previously new Cole, and the old Cole designs in the slideshow below along with the latest inFamous 2 screens.
This design hasn't be confirmed to be the new design, but it certainly looks nice. You can watch the video and see the design for yourself at around the two-minute and forty -five second mark.

......really? The previous design for Cole was actually way better than this new look. Well there is still plenty of development time. Hopefully they will reconsider this new look for something that everyone can agree with.

I mean really look at it like this Infamous has the potential to be a great game like God Of War what if they would have completely changed kratos' look from the first one?
