Alicia Silverstone, famous for her lead role in the movie Clueless, is making a come back to the big screen as a....vampire? She and Clueless director, Amy Heckerling are teaming up with Krysten Ritter to make a vampire comedy- Vamps.
Vamps is the story of two young vampires in New York City who are having the time of their undead life until love pops in the mix of everything.
With the rise in teen vampire movies, there should be a flock of teenage girls to this movie. It appears to be a vampire, romance, and high fashion story with young girls partying in New York City.
We will see how this turns out. Silverstone has not seen the fame as a star since at her height in Clueless. She starred in Batman and Robin, Blast From the Past, and Scooby Doo 2 but her role was not as big as one would have expected after Clueless.
Filming will begin in May with a potential release date of next year. Who knows witht he popularity of vampires this may be what she needs to bring her back to where she was.

Might be intresting. Don't know. Rise of the vamp comedy? unknown. Hard to beat Dracula Dead and Loving it.
