Wow. HBO has done it again with the over the top scenes of violence and sex in their vampire series, True Blood. Season 2 Episode 4 was entitled 9 Crimes and it's not clear which crimes are worse- humans, vampires, or werewolves.

When the show begins, Sookie is dressing Alcide, the werewolf's wound, while flirting with him? She comes off a little awkward. But, when Bill does the break up call, her tears look genuine. But was Bill only placating Lorena? Double crossing Russell Edgington? Or doing the Queen's bidding? Or just being a spineless vampire?

He is not my favorite vampire in the show no matter how much I enjoyed him in the book.

And what was with Eric daydreaming about Sookie? Come on now! Would Eric really be that weak? Do you think the show is bringing Eric and Sookie together a little earlier than the books?

What did everyone think about Alcide? Was he just pitiful when Debbie threw her new relationship in his face? What about the idea of werewolves in V- juice. OMG!!! The power that they will have and Sookie is right in the middle of this amped up pack of wolves.

And what about Pam and Eric throwing Bill to the Magistrate as being the seller of the v juice? What will be the outcome of this?

Sam's family is causing him problems as well as his waitresses. Jessica as a waitress? Okay well Arlene made because she in no longer the only red head..come on. I despise Arlene at all times but this was just ridiculous.

So, what does Alan Ball have in store for us next week? Will Bill continue to drink from humans? Will Jason really become a police officer? Will Hoyt and Jessica get back together?

So, are the on the right track this season? O are they veering too far off the track?

Question for the readers: What 9 crimes can you name that occurred in the series?

Wow, now I know I need to catch up. I knew that the show was off course from watching the first season, but I didn't know it was that far off. I should be able to see the second season in about 3 weeks. Hopefully.
