The house used as the Cullen home in the film Twilight: New Moon is up for sale. The Vancouver home is on the real estate market for a whopping $2,998,000. It features five bedrooms and four baths with lots of open windows.

According to CNN.com, the homeowner says that he is selling the home because he is "looking for a change of pace". The CNN article features pictures of the rooms as well as the pool and patio.

Says Melinda, a local Twilight fan, " This would be really cool place for fans to buy and live in. It's big enough for lots of teenagers. Can you imagine being in the house where Edward played Bellas' lullabye for Bella?"

But with a price tag of almost $3,000,000 there would have to be a LOT of teenage fans living in this house just to make the payments.

    Bah,
I feel the home owner has decided they could probably make a good buck by selling now.

I want that house. LOL, I don't care that it's the Cullens' house--although, that's a draw. But I love the layout, the windows. Prrrrrrrrr, if I had the money, that would be my house!!

Stanley- probably or can you imagine tons of people taking your house apart, filming, and then you trying to put it back together and make it feel like home again.. I would think that this would be hard. But the money would be a good incentive as well

JW- I agree I think it is pretty as well. I love house with lots of windows. I don't like lights and with windows you can control the actual sunlight. But then the Cullens didn't have to worry about bursting into flames...:)
Seriously, it is a great home but alas the money is so the factor
