It is a retelling of the Jane Austin novel, Pride and Prejudice, only adding zombies to the mayhem. And Abraham Lincoln Vampire Hunter, will be a hit with the millions of vampire fans that are looking for a darker story than the teen love stories that are popular at this time. Who knows, these books may also renew the interest of many readers in the original classic as well as the history of our country.

As for this vampire fan, this may be what we needed to keep us from feeling guilty about all the daydreaming we did in school. Think back to when the teacher was talking about a book or a time period in history and many of us spiced up the stories by inserting monsters, pirates, and aliens into whatever the teacher was discussing - well Smith has done this and delivered it to us in 2 wonderful stories.
