Ian Somerhalder may play a centuries old vampire, but he’s just turning 31 today. Until recently, he was probably best known for playing Boone on Lost, the first casualty of the island. Ten episodes of Vampire Diaries have made his name nearly synonymous with bad boy, as he brings Damon Salvatore to life on the small screen.
Ian’s fans are working to make this a wonderful birthday for him. The fansite Vampire Diaries Online has started a Groupcard for Ian. All his fans are able to sign it and leave personal messages and pictures for him. The card will be delivered electronically tonight.
