Swine flu vaccine side effects: Miscarriages and more

Swine flu vaccine cuasing miscarriages

Swine flu vaccine alert: Many pregnant mothers are reporting miscarriages shortly after taking the swine flu vaccine. Various websites and blogs are receiving disturbing reports of miscarriage and other dangerous side effects which occurred within hours to days after individuals received the vaccine. Yet these reports are receiving little to no press coverage.

Here a a few of the many examples of miscarriages from comments posted after a short article on about.com: Sue says: "I had the H1N1 vaccination and 24 hours later had a miscarriage." Linda Hill says: "My daughter in law was 10 weeks pregnant and had the H1N1 vaccine on Friday. That night she miscarried." EBWashington: "I was so excited to be pregnant after trying for a year. Last Monday, I got the H1N1 vaccine. On Tuesday morning, I started cramping and on Wednesday I started bleeding heavily. I was almost 6 weeks along. I am an emotional wreck."

In his informative article on these miscarriages, the highly respected Dr. Mercola also states, "the package inserts for the swine flu vaccines actually say that the safety of these vaccines for pregnant women has not been established." Another woman posts, "If you read the novartis or baxter pkg insert available on the web you will find that ... its not recommended for children under 2. Is not a fetus a child under 2?"

Some might argue that miscarriages happen in 15% of pregnancies, but do they happen within hours to days after taking a vaccine? Read the comments at the first link above to see how many women reported miscarriages not long after getting the swine flu shot on one this one webpage alone. Imagine how many other women that represents who have lost the precious life growing in their bellies. Most doctors are not reporting these cases, so unfortunately there is no accurate tracking of this devastating side effect.

I tried yesterday to access the VAERS website, the government's official website for reporting swine flu vaccine side effects at www.vaers.hhs.gov, to see how a miscarriage would be reported. Strangely, the website was down all day and is still down today as I post this. As  the most important means of monitoring vaccine side effects, why is it down? How many people have tried to report disturbing side effects and were unable to access the website? For a revealing list of many reported damaging side effects from the vaccine on a popular health website, click here.

Though the swine flu has turned out to be little more damaging than the regular flu, the pharmaceutical companies have made literally billions of dollars from our tax money on their heavily pushed vaccines. And did you know that after the avian flu scare several years ago, The Independent, a leading newspaper in the U.K. reported that Donald Rumsfeld alone made $5 million in profit from sales of Tamiflu at the time. Many don't know that Rumsfeld was the chairman of the board of Tamiflu producer Gilead before he became U.S. secretary of defense. The massive amounts of Tamiflu purchased by the government at the time will soon expire, thus wasting many millions of our tax dollars.

Where there are large sums of money to be made, there is almost certainly corruption. For an article by the former editor in chief of the prestigious New England Journal of Medicine exposing massive corruption in the health care industry, click here. For lots more on the risks and dangers of the swine flu vaccine by the president of the National Vaccine Information Center, read her well researched article available here. And to learn how blatant fear mongering in the 1976 swine flu scare killed at least hundreds and paralyzed many thousands more, click here.

The box below provides several ideas on what you can do to further educate yourself and spread the word on the risks and dangers of miscarriage and other side effects from the swine flu vaccine. We also invite you to comment below and let us know what you think. Should the government be promoting vaccines for pregnant women when the safety of the vaccines is not tested?

Thanks for this, Fred. You might want to e-mail and say hello to Katrina Derrico, Atlanta Alternative Spirituality Examiner, who just wrote on adverse effects a day or so ago. She will probably appreciate and run with your resources.
    Enjoy the day!

Silly. Death rates from H1N1 have been very low, and does not the "normal" flu also have a chance of mutating to a deadlier strain at anytime? I'm quite convinced flu vaccinations are nothing but a business. It's said that these pregnant women allowed themselves to be guinea pigs for the drug companies.

wow - amazing that crackpots like this are listened to. your evidence is a quote from a random person on about.com?! Seriously everyone, get a grip on the facts and stop finding imaginary conspiracies everywhere while you put your kids at risk by not getting them vaccinated.

According to official estimates, about 400 out of every million pregnant woman vaccinated will coincidentally miscarry within a day of getting the vaccine. If 15% of pregnant women miscarry, you can bet that 15% of vaccinated pregnant women are going to also miscarry. Given that people rarely receive explanations for their miscarriages, it is quite natural that these women are going to want to blame the vaccine and many may be quite vocal about it, but people claiming on an internet website that they miscarried after getting a vaccine isn't evidence that they miscarried *because* of the vaccine.

Good Lord people, vaccines are science at it's best. They give us the ability to prevent illness. This should be a no-brainer.

My child came home from school saying they learned to cough and sneeze into their elbows with Germy Wormie, and I was totally taken aback. I always used my hands. But I went to the website, and now I get it, hands touch, elbows don't!! Kids can touch up to 300 surfaces in 1/2 an hour, and they hate to wash their hands. This is a simple thing that can make a huge difference. There is also an entertaining DVD that teaches kids how to do this and reinforces other important hygiene habits. It is such a positive lesson to be learned with this program, and its safe and drug-free!

I've had 3 miscarriages in the last 2 years, and am now 22 weeks pregnant. I didn't have the H1N1 vaccine before, and had it with this pregnancy. By your logic, that should mean it's protective!

Here in Quebec millions of people are getting vaccinated without side effects. There were only a few severe reactions and they are not dead. Only one man died but he died 8 days after the vaccination and it was from something else and he was 80 year old.

At the vaccination centers they have all the injections needed to cure allergic reaction. All this histery about the vaccination is amazing. So many people have dies from the virus, yet some people are still focusing on fictive stories rather and totaly ignore those who have died from the virus. I think there are around 500 children dead in the USA from the virus...now how many have died from the vaccination???? Not many huh? This is really illogic and nonsense to fear something extremely rarre that might maybe happen and totaly ignore the real facts and stats.

Correlation may not be cause, but if data of miscarriages is not reported, then we cannot know for sure. This is the point. Many doctors do not report events that happen within hours or days of vaccinations, such as miscarriage, SIDS, etc. because they don't believe vaccinations are the cause. It's not up to them to determine this. Their responsibilty is to report events into the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System. From there, researchers can determine if women receiving the vaccination miscarry at a higher percentage than the unvaccinated. It is vitally important to use the reporting system and there are studies indicating that many doctors do not, and most of the general population is unaware of the stystem's existence.
Have you ever received information on the reporting system before a vaccination? Instead of criticizing those who raise questions about vaccine safety, why not encourage better reporting and demand accurate research, unfunded by the pharaceutical companies.

There are tons of us pregnant girls worried about this.. I even tried to go on the news and they changed my entire story around. I will not take this vaccine. I really don't think the U.S or any doctor in the world should be able to push a vaccine on a pregnant woman if it hasn't been tested on pregnant woman... I have a feeling there is going to be a big lawsuit once a baby is born with some odd illness and they find out it was due to the vaccine. I would never wish that upon someone, but I do think it is going to happen. And maybe these woman's story will be heard. Someone needs to do something about this, and doctors need to stop being so full of themselves and realize... that yes IT IS POSSIBLE that something can go wrong. They aren't going by facts from testing. Just assumptions. That is not right, they are putting pregnant women's lives in danger! You can go to KSPR dot com, and search miscarriage and h1n1 and it will show the story i tried to get out.
