Orly Taitz
Almost a week ago, leading birther, Orly Taitz filed a Kenyan birth certificate in federal court, which she claimed was President Obama’s.
According to Salon.com, a judge on Thursday ordered Taitz’s motion stricken from the court record so there was no hearing on the motion and the Kenyan document was thrown out on procedural grounds.
The judge’s order stated that Taitz’s motion was improperly filed because it was in the wrong format, it lacked proper notice, she failed to identify her Calif. State Bar No., and the description of the motion conflicts or is different from that which counsel entered on the Court’s e-docket.

Taitz can attempt to re-file her motion sans mistakes, but Salon reports that the document Taitz purports to be the President’s birth certificate is a proven fake. Newser reported the document was based on an old Australian birth certificate belonging to a man named David Bomford, whose actual birth certificate was used to create the fraudulent text.
Salon also noted that an anonymous person came forward on Thursday taking credit for forging the Kenyan document that Taitz claimed was real, suggesting the hoax was a plan to discredit the birthers.
A blogger on FearlessBlogging.com posted the claim with photos of a document that looks similar to the one Taitz tried to file with the court, a coin that may have been used to make the seal on the document, a box of paper, and a typewriter.
Newser also reports on a site, KenyanBirthCertificateGenerator.com where anyone can create their own Kenyan birth certificate “…just like the one Orly Taitz found for Barack Obama—with about equal legitimacy.”

If Obama is eligible to be president and we know the framers of the constitution were afraid of dual citizenship, hence the natural born citizen, then answer this question.
During the election, then Senator Obama published a statement at his website which said that his birth status was “governed” by the British Nationality Act of 1948. Can you please tell the American people how a natural born citizen of the United States can be governed – at birth – by British law?
Obama clearly is not eligible. Only the Supreme Court which is responsible for upholding and interpreting the costitution can decide if Obama is eligible. Liberals don't want you to know about the above question. If the above question is not answered then we should abolish the Supreme Court Justices all together because there is no constitution to uphold. And when there is no constitution to uphold then we open our doors to political unrest forever and one day people will wake up with a Hitler, Stalin, Mussolini,or.
Taitz is not important, but Obama's hidden records and natural born citizenship are legitimate issues.
It's no surprise that Hillary Clinton just went to Kenya to reinforce the cover-up.
I still want answers. Obummer, put up or get out!!!! All he has to do is make the following official public statement,
"I Barack Obama authorize the State of Hawaii to release and make public all of my records on file."
That's it. Issue over. But he won't because he's a fraud!! Obama knows that millions of citizens want to see it yet he continues to hide it. The birth certificate was never the issue to me. It is simple. Obama could be born on the moon for all I care. It is the fact his father was a British Citizen and his Mother was not old enough to transfer citizenship to him at birth. I am a judge who has been investigating this matter via constitutional law. Obama is not vetted and must be removed. This is already in process but unknown to the press yet.
Hey Cindy. I am willing to pay $125,000 for his original long form if it is produced and a certified statement from the supreme court that says that a parents citizenship doesn't matter when a child is born and therefore can be from any country. Ergo the Potus parents can be from anywhere and don't have to both be citizens and even if one is a citizen can pass citizenship to the newborn even if she is under 18.

Have you people who keep stating that a citizen must have 2 American born parents actually read the Constitution? Apparently not. The qualifications for President are clearly and succinctly stated in the Constitution. Obama most assuredly meets those qualifications otherwise he wouldn't be president.

I'd like to see Judge Dantor's credentials. First there is no such thing as anyone "transferring" their citizenship to their child. If one is born on US soil, one is a Natural Born Citizen. It doesn't matter where the parents were born.
These birthers need to look deep within themselves and ask themselves what their REAL issue is with President Obama. HINT: It's NOT his birth certificate.

Crazy, dual citizenship does not "trump" natural born citizenship status. The only law that's valid in that respect is the law of the United States. The reasons for this should be obvious.
For example, North Korea could pass a law tomorrow taxing the income of all citizens of the United States. Would that law be deemed valid in the U.S.? No.
Similarly, North Korea could pass a law stating that any child in the United States born on a Saturday is a citizen at birth of North Korea. Guess what, the fact that North Korea would choose to "recognize" these children as citizens wouldn't disqualify an otherwise natural born citizen of the United States from becoming President.
I wish birthers would start thinking their nonsensical arguments through.
Keep the birthers as the face of the GOP. The Dems are sure to pickup more seats in 2010 so long as Rush, teabaggers(who Obama gave a tax break to), birthers, and fake townhall mobs are the face of the GOP.

A question to the birthers. Why does Obama have to show anything when no other president has had to produce anything? Bush, Clinton, Reagan, Carter, etc. etc. Never had to produce anything. She also claims to have a DDS from Hebrew University but there is no record of her ever attending that school or any other dental school. She probably doesn't even has a real estate license. And by her own admission she came to the US on a tourist visa and married a stranger to get a green card. This constitutes immigration fraud and is grounds for revoking her green card and deporting her. The woman is ten times as fake as she accuses Obama of being.

The State of Hawaii HAS released and VERIFIED the authenticity of Obama's birth certificate. This was over two years ago, yet these morons continue pressing their nonsensical arguments.

I have an IQ of approximately 135, a college education, and I consider myself quite sane. After performing my own research into the issue of Obama's legitimacy, I have doubts that he fulfills the citizenship requirements of the U.S. Constitution.

According to you, because the law at the time of Obama's birth stated that someone cannot be a "natural born citizen" "If only one parent was a U.S. citizen at the time of birth, or had resided in the U.S. for at least 5 years after the age of 16", which was impossible since his mother was only 18.
Only applies if someone is born ELSEWHERE!!!!
If a person was born IN THE U.S., and guess what, in 1961, Hawaii WAS a state, therefore part of the U.S., they automatically became a citizen even if neither parent was a U.S. Citizen.
If you really are a Judge, it's no wonder our Judicial system is in shambles!

I love it that the birfers try to use long words and statements like "I have an IQ of approximately 135" (give or take 50, I presume) to defend their arguments. Since the arguments can't stand on their own, they rely on pseudo-technical jargon, often in acronym form (COLB, POTUS, SCOTUS, ad nauseum) and claims about their own legal/medical/astrological competencies.
And what is a birfer argument? Mostly just memes found floating around in the toilet bowls of conservative websites. Obama has spent a million on defense fees, Hilary Clinton went to Kenya for some (unspecified) suspicious reason, Pakistan didn't allow Americans into its country in the 80s, dual citizenship can revoke U.S. citizenship: these claims are all false. False. But they've taken a life of their own, and their very existence is used to uphold the flimsiest of theories about Obama's birth.
These "Birth-er" people are being used to sell the idea that Obama is an illegitimate president to people with IQ approaching room temperature. They're executing a facet of the neocon plan to attack Obama from every angle. Like throwing up a dozen balls in the air and forcing him to juggle them, they're hoping to occupy his time with frivolity. Yet it's hard for me to understand why he remains an adherent to "bipartisanship." I think it's time for Barack to show some backbone and go after his attackers. The reason his approval is taking a hit is that his supporters are getting fed up with his civilized approach in the face barbarism.

Also, in your reasoning, ONLY Native Americans could ever be considered Natural Born and eligible to become President. After all, all of us have ancestors who were not born here, thereby making any offspring not natural born according to you, since that ancestor was not natural born because one or more parents were from a foreign country.

Well, apparently you aren't THAT much smarter than the judge, because that language is nowhere in the Constitution, nor is it in any Supreme Court case. That means that it is NOT the law.
Under the case Wong Kim Ark, 169 U.S. 649 (1898), Barack Obama is a natural born citizen, and is entirely qualified to be President. Birthers lose again; what else is new?
