Despite being eliminated from ABC's hit dance reality competition, Dancing With The Stars, this week has turned out to be stellar for Niecy Nash.
Not only does the 'dancing' comedian/actress cover the latest issue of EBONY, she's also lined up to host an awards show and could be attending the Daytime Emmy Awards where she is nominated !
Chatting with EBONY in its June issue, Nash hones in on working hard and advice her father once gave her.
"My daddy told me, ‘Baby girl, nothing comes to a sleeper but a dream. If you want to do something, just do it,’” she tells the mag. “It really resonated with me. I hope my life will be an inspiration to people who want to pursue something.”
In related news, Nash will be doing a lot thanks to LOGO. Come June, Nash will act as co-host on Logo's NewNextNow Awards.

The 37th Annual Daytime Emmy Awards air June 27 on CBS. 'Clean House' airs on the Style Network weekdays at 10pm.
