Promoter claims DMX wanted MMA fight fixed

DMX raps about being a scrapper in "Where the Hood At", but lately he's been anything but.

An MMA promoter who tried to put together a match between X and Eric Martinez says that the Yonkers-based MC wanted the fight fixed in his favor

TMZ reports that DMX's cutting and running could cause the promoter, Thunder Productions, to sue.

The Dog had a disagreement with Thunder over the fight last week.

DMX scared of Martinez? Can't be...... or could it?

Anywho, Coolio is scheduled to replace X.

The Ghetto Witchdoctor, like the Dark Man, has never fought in an MMA match. But Thunder hopes that he'll deliver where X couldn't. TMZ says Thunder believes the "Gangsta's Paradise" MC will take this seriously.

And we all thought DMX was tough. Jay-Z might ignore this, but this may be an opportunity to make a field day out of this, although I wouldn't condone Jay making those ill feelings already between them worse, considering Beanie is mad at him, and Jaz-O struck out against him again. All this happened when, much to X's chagrin, Hov became Def Jam president following the sale of Roc-A-Fella Records in 2004.

But I worry about Coolio: he's over 40 and may not be a match for Martinez, who is a much younger actor. Martinez is also an entrepreneur. I just hope Coolio doesn't take a rdie on a "Fantastic Voyage" to dreamland.

On the same card, veteran Tank Abbott will fight against legendary heavy pugilist Butterbean.

God help us all, especially Coolio, as well as DMX.
