Iliff School of Theology, in Denver, offers a wide variety of studies for those wishing to enter into the ministry. Although the majority of students are affiliated with the United Methodist Church, students encompass as many as thirty different denominations. Iliff itself is ecumenical and inter-religious, presenting a progressive approach to theological study.
Iliff is now offering a new program in which students would not have to relocate to Colorado to pursue a degree. The Journey Master of Divinity (MDiv) program allows students to attend classes both online and at Iliff's Denver campus. "Journey Days," ten days of on-campus study, are scheduled at the beginning of August for the first two years of the program. Additional "Gathering Days" also allow remote students to gather on campus for fellowship and to experience Iliff's learning community.
In addition to the MDiv program, Iliff also offers a Master of Arts in Social Change, Master of Arts in Pastoral and Spiritual Care, Master of Theological Studies, Master of Arts, Justice and Peace Studies and a Doctor of Philosophy degree.
