How might we find out who is the British TV presenter who has been, in background gossip, linked to Tiger Woods as another of his girlfriends? Why not use that recently fashionable tool, the wisdom of the crowds?
If you go to Google News UK, you can then put Tiger Woods into the search box. This will give you a number of autocompleted options. These options are machine made: they come from what others have been searching for. They thus reflect what the balance of the public thinks, or at least is asking, on any one subject.
Currently as I write, the top autocompleted query for "Tiger Woods" is "Tiger Woods Kirsty Gallacher".
This tells us nothing about reality of course: whether Tiger and Kirsty have ever got it on or not. But it does tell us what the bulk of those in hte UK prepared to take a guess on the point have guessed: that Kirsty Gallacher is the TV presenter with whom Tiger Woods is linked, following on from that background gossip that he is linked with one or another of them.
Interesting the way this new technology can be used, no?

I heard from someone who worked for the PGA at Wentworth golf club that it is Kirsty Gallagher.She was often seen gussing around him like a "dog" in heat.

not any more! google autocomplete has edited away that result!!! I had also noticed this over the past two weeks, but now when you get to tiger's name, there is no prompt.
Kirsty's team are doing a fantastic job in keeping her out of the media at this time. Must have some powerful friends in low places. It can't be Tiger as he can't keep himself out of the scandal sheets. If the Kirsty angle were to come out the story would go stratospheric. More to come on this I think!
