According to a recent study released on YouTube by a private Vancouver-based audio lab, secret mirror-encrypted messages suggest that Hayward is aware of plans to use the Gulf oil spill disaster in a bid to access US-held UFO clean energy technology secrets. Messages from President Obama also described a “saucer” and provide “black wars” details.

At Thursday’s House subcommittee hearing, messages encrypted involuntarily within Dr. Hayward’s remarks described weaponized applications of advanced UFO technologies for use in “black wars”. President Obama’s Oval Office address from Tuesday also revealed messages in a way that suggests Obama has formed a cognitive link between UFO propulsion and clean energy. Elaborating on the Hayward “black wars”, the Obama messages further described human trafficking of "black project" personnel through Israel, as well as commenting on a proposed Israeli transfer of silent, unmanned aerial vehicle technology into Russian hands. The President’s messages also commented on plans to detonate a nuclear device in the Gulf of Mexico.

BP CEO Tony Hayward spoke this week at a House Subcommittee on Oversight and Investigations hearing to address the Deepwater Horizon explosion and explain decisions surrounding the incident. According to his executive profile, Anthony B. Hayward has been Chief Executive Officer of BP plc since May 2007. Dr. Hayward also serves as Chief Executive of BP America, Inc. and holds a Ph.D. in Geology from the University of Edinburgh in 1982.
During his opening statement, Hayward told the subcommittee members that, “I give my pledge as the leader of BP that we will not rest until we make this right. We’re a strong company, and no resources will be spared. We and the entire industry will learn from this terrible event and emerge stronger, smarter and safer.”
Viewed through the lens of a mirror filter, the audio signal from Tony Hayward’s spoken comments revealed the words, “Give us a saucer in the, in the black wars.” (Click link to hear audio).

President Obama’s Oval Office address on Tuesday night also provided a rich source of secret messages which appear to elaborate on Dr. Hayward’s unconscious remarks. Examiner.com had earlier reported that a secret, mirror-encrypted message in President Obama’s 2009 Inaugural address described “alien saucers”. During the first Oval Office address of his presidency, Barack Obama said on Tuesday night that, “Last year, the House of Representatives acted on these [energy independence] principles by passing a strong and comprehensive energy and climate bill -- a bill that finally makes clean energy the profitable kind of energy for America's businesses. Now, there are costs associated with this transition. And there are some who believe that we can't afford those costs right now. I say we can't afford not to change how we produce and use energy ...”

Was Obama’s unconscious mind identifying UFO propulsion technology as an example of applied clean energy systems? In an Orion Project memorandum entitled “Summary of Breakthrough Energy Technologies”, authors Steven Greer, M.D. and Theodore C. Loder III, Ph.D. state that, “We have identified a number of advanced technologies to replace the need for oil, gas, coal, and nuclear power, thus eliminating pollution and the geopolitical instability resulting from the existing systems ... Heretofore, most efforts focusing on these technologies have been classified projects that have refused to allow widespread application and use due to various corrupt special financial and energy interests. Engineers, scientists, and inventors have either been absorbed into these so-called ‘black’ projects or worked alone, without adequate R and D funding, support, strategic security or a professionalized process.”
The timing of the “saucer” message delivered only seconds after a clean energy remark is more than coincidence. For example, it suggests the possibility, by association, that President Obama has read the Orion Project briefing with a clear understanding that co-author Steven Greer is a leading figure in the Disclosure Movement.
Human trafficking
Obama went on to explain in his address, “I’ve talked to shrimpers and fishermen who don’t know how they’re going to support their families this year. I’ve seen empty docks and restaurants with fewer customers, even in areas where the beaches are not yet affected. I’ve talked to owners of shops and hotels who wonder when the tourists might start coming back. The sadness and the anger they feel is not just about the money they lost. It’s about a wrenching anxiety that their way of life may be lost.”

The United States, United Kingdom, and Israel have all been implicated in terrorism with fresh claims emerging this past week. US plans to participate in state-sponsored terrorism in the mid-20th century were made public on November 18, 1997 with the release of a top-secret Operation Northwoods document entitled "Justification for US Military Intervention in Cuba (TS),", by the John F. Kennedy Assassination Records Review Board.
ABC News reported that, “In the early 1960s, America's top military leaders reportedly drafted plans to kill innocent people and commit acts of terrorism in U.S. cities to create public support for a war against Cuba. Code named Operation Northwoods, the plans reportedly included the possible assassination of Cuban émigrés, sinking boats of Cuban refugees on the high seas, hijacking planes, blowing up a U.S. ship, and even orchestrating violent terrorism in U.S. cities. The plans were developed as ways to trick the American public and the international community into supporting a war to oust Cuba's then new leader, communist Fidel Castro.”
Fifty years later, “Northwoods”-type operations apparently still continue. Britain's Telegraph newspaper reported this week that, “Britain's ambassador to Iran was summoned to the Foreign Ministry in Tehran to answer accusations of British involvement in terrorist plots.” And the Irish Times also reported this week that, “Turkey's prime minister Tayyip Erdogan has condemned Israel's attack on an aid convoy bound for Gaza, describing it as an action of state terrorism.”
Do the “dark wars” of Hayward’s mirror messages involve human trafficking operations facilitating the transfer of ghost operatives across international borders with oversight of governments complicit in the sanctioning of terrorist activities under "Operation Northwoods"-type directives?
Sensitive technology
During his address, Obama declared, “The consequences of our inaction are now in plain sight. Countries like China are investing in clean energy jobs and industries that should be right here in America. Each day, we send nearly $1 billion of our wealth to foreign countries for their oil. And today, as we look to the Gulf, we see an entire way of life being threatened by a menacing cloud of black crude.”

While no one is talking about giving the Russians the plans for the most advanced pilotless aircraft in the arsenal of the Israel Defense Forces, a deal would represent a technological advance for the Russians. Neither Jerusalem nor Washington wants the technology to end up in the hands of Israel's enemies.”
UPDATE: In a June 28th, 2010 article entitled, "Russian 'secret agents' arrested in US", the British Telegraph newspaper reported that, "Ten alleged secret agents of the Russian government living in "deep-cover" in the United States and engaged in Cold War-style espionage have been arrested in a coordinated operation by the FBI." The date stamp on the Examiner.com story discussing Obama's "Russian issue" (the article you are reading now) places this reporter's coverage 10 days ahead of the international headlines.

Obama also stated that, “Scientists and researchers are discovering clean energy technologies that someday will lead to entire new industries. Each of us has a part to play in a new future that will benefit all of us. As we recover from this recession, the transition to clean energy has the potential to grow our economy and create millions of jobs -- but only if we accelerate that transition.”

On May 14th, 2010 the Telegraph newspaper reported that, “The US has sent a team of nuclear physicists to help BP plug the "catastrophic" flow of oil into the Gulf of Mexico from its leaking Deepwater Horizon well, as the Obama administration becomes frustrated with the oil giant's inability to control the situation. The five-man team – which includes a man who helped develop the first hydrogen bomb in the 1950s – is the brainchild of Steven Chu, President Obama's Energy Secretary. He has charged the men with finding solutions to stop the flow of oil.”
Protecting British Columbia's future
In light of BP's negligence in creating the largest environmental disaster in US history, its role in actively censoring the media and restricting media access along the affected Gulf Coast shoreline, its use of Wackenhut private security to supersede the authority of local and federal police along with new evidence presented in this article which suggest links between BP and "Operation Northwoods"-type "dark wars" terrorism, it is the opinion of this reporter that Vancouver and British Columbia residents should act without delay to petition the Premier's office demanding a full public inquiry into the nature and long-term consequences of BP's activities taking place now within the province of British Columbia.

How the messages were found
In a study conducted by a private Vancouver-based audio lab with an international reputation for detecting unconscious communications, the President’s statements were recorded while charting a graph representing the signal from Obama’s voice where x = time and y = frequency. The computer-generated chart was then reflected through the y axis where the mirrored signal was subject to monitoring in an attempt to detect intelligent communications.
This procedure was conducted in compliance with the study produced by Kourosh Saberi and David R. Perrott published as "Cognitive restoration of reversed speech", in Nature 398 (29 April 1999) 760. Regarding their observations, the authors stated that, "We have studied the intelligibility of speech, and find it is resistant to time reversal of local segments of a spoken sentence".
Unconscious communications detected while following this procedure are related to common phenomena that include Freudian slips, sleep talking and body language. Perrott published as "Cognitive restoration of reversed speech", in Nature 398 (29 April 1999), and learned that when they say "We have studied the intelligibility of speech, and find it is resistant to time reversal of local segments of a spoken sentence" it means a small SEGMENT of recorded speech was reversed and the 'blip' in the recording didn't affect the persons ability to reckognize the meaning. DUH its not about reversing the whole thing !!! why do you try to use that as a proof of your work ?
