The truth is near. UFO, alien existence and much of what is attached to the phenomena is headed for the inevitable disclosure to the public, like it or not. We spent the evening last night in a Sacramento television studio working as floor directors and camera men along with Sacramento MUFON chapter leader Cynthia Siegel as the host of the "UFO Connection" TV show produced by Ron Williams. Last nights show, which will be presented in a few weeks, featured renowned UFO enthusiast Stephen Bassett. Stephen Bassett is a lobbyist, activist, commentator, columnist and the founder of Paradigm Research Group as well as the executive Director of the Extraterrestrial Phenomena Political Action Committee. Stephen Bassett has been featured on CNN, Coast to Coast, Project Camelot, Conscious Media Network, many Exopolitical sites and a multitude of UFO sites as well.
While filming the Stephen Bassett interview we caught the drift of what is about to happen in Earths history regarding the disclosure process of UFOs, aliens and most all that is wrapped up in the secrets that impact the human race. The embargo on the truth regarding these issues is undergoing the kind of pressures that will inevitably bring the secrecy to its knees. The movement of having the truth disclosed to the citizens of Earth is not to say that we want to “welcome” all species of ET's with open arms, but it is to say that the interaction and impacts of exposure to any species here on earth can and should be dealt with and acknowledged by every one and not kept a secret for any reason. Secrets promote mistrust thus metastasizing as a cancer through out our culture. Mistrust leads to the inevitable deterioration of even the strongest cultures. This is infact what has been happening right here in our great country. It's one thing to guard important information from those who might use that information for malitous purposes and entirly another to perpetuate lies compounding on them as time marches on.
It has become well know by UFO researchers and enthusiasts around the world that most all countries have been not only visited by alien races but have wreckage or technology pertaining to these species as well. Just a note here. Many people are waking up to accept the idea that the term "visitors" has become archaic as they may have been here long before the inception of the human race as depicted by 47,000 year old drawings on a wall in Hunan China. There are carvings all over the world illustrating the existence of alien beings and UFOs that show they have been here and possibly never leave as they rotate their occupation from species to species. There is in fact no proof that says otherwise.
According to Stephen Bassett and others like him who are on the quest of disclosure such as Dr. Michael Salla, Dr. Edgar Mitchell, the astronaut and countless others, the "dam holding the secrets" continues to crack and will soon bust open with truth. One aspect forcing more cracks in that dam is the fact that other countries have been informing the US government that they are no longer going to support the US in keeping UFO secrets. The United States is loosing ground with it authority and ability to influence other countries and with that being said they have stated to the administration of the United States that they are going to disclose to their citizens, breaking the secrecy regarding UFOs and aliens.
Stephen Bassett and others say that our government can not and does not want to be in the position of lagging behind the curve in the disclosure process for fear that it may further the deterioration in confidence that the citizens of America are already experiencing in leadership. Even the greatest technology does not guarantee the position of leadership as history has shown. Lead by example. Technology does in fact allow any entity with the most power to flex in the arena of supremacy forcing others to read between the lines as a threat of being slapped down if they step out of line. It’s the "wait until your dad gets home" syndrome. History also proves that the kids grow up and the intimidation of dad’s wrath is eventually overcome by what ever means possible. Many people fear that the United States, under past leadership, has run its course. Unless we make a substantial change in the way we do business, we will most undoubtedly be left behind, regardless of how strong many delusional people think we are. A Note from the columnist: May people of credibility have emailed the Sacramento UFO Examiner with profound experiences and some of you responders out there seem to enjoy bashing them as if you yourself are the supreme authority in matters relating to the subject of UFOs and alien experiences. Please remember that this topic seems to have never ending threads attached to it and we have found that most anything is possible. Please try and catch yourself prior to branding yourself as ignorant. As far as these articles go and the content conveyed, we only find information that is already out there on the web and present it as entertainment. We are by no means the authority on the topic of UFOs and alien. We often clone other articles that have been submitted to the internet for your enjoyment and consideration. We certainly do appreciate constructive correction but on the same note would like to remind people to reframe from unnecessary bashing of others which is childish and counter productive.

Yea right guys. For years you and many other UFO buffs have been saying same mantra,,,'the truth is coming, the truth is coming' and not ONCE have you even remotely been correct. Even when Govts say they are now releasing 'classified' documents, turns out they have been completely sanitized to reveal nada...suprised ?? Nope only the dreamers are.
Seren, actually they have been correct, as countries have opened up their UFO files starting with France. So the truth has been coming. Obviously you have never read the documents released because they reveal far more than nada.

WHY THE HELL IS IT CLASSIFIED IN THE FIRST PLACE? I have seen UFO's and am convinced they are real. FOIA requests have proven the Govt keeps UFO stuff secret. If there is nothing to it , why all the fuss? It pretty much proves it is real.
No government has divulged anything proving that UFOs are crewed by aliens or Americans.That information is the preserve of the US military/industrial establishment,who probably don't even tell the President, and are immune from the pressures accountable administrators and elected representatives are subject to.

Sorry, if culture after culture has been visited, we'd see them all the time. Or the aliens only talk to those who they know won't take pictures or yell it from the roof tops. I believe in ET's but until we have real proof that everyone can see, then they're not here. The government doesn't have the best technology, the private sector does... The Government (US alone) isn't powerful enough to keep this all under wraps. This is interesting, but kind of a waste of time.
If our Gov doesn't reveal the issue, perhaps our Galactic Friends will. There are numerous things happening in the world today which surely have the attention of Extraterrestrials and God himself. Yes, the world is a mess on many levels, but Mankind is getting ready to enter a new era of knowledge with the LHC and recent science that suggest we're are beginning to understand how to manipulate gravity. For most of the past 200 years we have been like kids playing with Dad's tools and making some big messes along the way. However once we start playing with gravity, that's where a concerned parent would likely step in. Why? Hmm, can you think of what you could possibly do if you could generate gravity - think about it. Let's just say it's not something you want the irresponsible playing with.
Believe me, if Extraterrestrials don't want to be seen, they can certainly avoid it. Even our gov can fly reconnaissance planes unseen to the naked eye and radar. The reason they 'let' themselves be seen is to slowly develop a sense of familiarity within us so we not completely shocked when they decide to make there presence known.
I don't think any government is ever going to disclose anything substantial about ufos. I don't believe they have anything useful to tell anyone. If ufos are ever PROVEN, then possibly we'll all hear something. They don't have anything people. Stop deluding yourselves about the subject and find something more useful to worry about.

Matt, there are literally hundreds of thousands of photographs and videos of "real" UFO's. Not all are genuine and not all are alien but it only takes ONE for the whole thing to be truth.
Forget about the public. Just according to quite a number of pilots and astronauts, they have come forward and said these aliens exist. They have first-hand encounters with the spacecraft.
Aliens are far more advanced than humans and if they want to keep their spacecraft out of closeup view, they can do it. There is NO doubt aliens have purposely kept themselves from being revealed to the public to prevent panic. In 1000 years when humans fly to another planet that is less advanced for who knows what reason, our main objective would be to not frighten the population.

Disclosure is not going to happen. You don't understand how the US government works. Something that has been this top secret for over fifty years, is going to be so high at this point that even the president isn't given ANY knowledge of it.
Alex, I know at lest one 50 year secret kept by the government, and then revealed to the public... The 1947 Mogul balloon project. They will hide, or release, whatever information or disinformation works best for their goals, and there are pressures on now to change the status quo. We'll see what happens! I suspect the UFO information release will be "allowed" to happen from other sources.
We are creatures of routine and comfort, we rarely question what we are taught as children and adults. We much rather agree with the general public than to stand out and question what religion and common beliefs tell you, even if the evidence contradicts the teachings (i.e. religion). This is the reason why religion, society and even science at times, helps mask the truth. it is not a matter of belief, its a matter of simple math, if you truly believe that life cannot exist in such a vast universe as ours, then you might have also agreed with the old world and religion's old idea that the earth was flat. We as humans can be so complex and intelligent, capable of understanding and solving the most complex of problems, but at times we can be the most ignorant of species, believing what people tell us without taking a moment to analyze and make sense of what we experience and make our OWN conclusions. Disclosure would destroy many deep beliefs. information=Power, don't waste that ability.

As if Salla and Basset and the rest have any credibility... Salla believes that Kennedy was killed by Dulles because of his interest in UFO disclosure - do a google search on Exopolitics...its full of fruitcake conspiracies and New Age mumbo-jumbo. Channeled sources, claimes of impending disclosure that fizzle out, claims that the electical grid will collapse due to impending solar events interpreted from crop circles.
And Basset is right there with them.
"Disclosure" is a pipe dream. Exopolitics is a con that charges 2600bucks for "Exopolitics Diplomas and Galactic Diplomacy certificates". All it takes is a little digging and you realize that this is just more of the same indiscriminate "true believer" crap.
Sure, UFO exist but Exopolitics and Basset have no credible position to operate from and no politiciam would risk their reputation on a bunch of silliness...

That's not exactly accurate, since we have (earthly) technologies, too dangerous, we can release into the public domain. Remember, even nuclear technology is too dangerous. In this case secrecy isn't required, since we can simply restrict access to nuclear materials. (You can't buy a chunk of reactor-grade Pu239 from your supermarket)
Remember, full disclosure will take place within a couple of centuries - and not within the next years or decades.

However, please go to the whithouse.gov website, and read President Obama's agenda about security: He is determined to keep away *ALL* dangerous technologies from people, that can be used for WMD. To achieve this goal, the whole ongoing UFO/conspiracy-disclosure-mumbo-dumbo-hype must be ended. This is done by a shutdown of all TV-UFO-shows in the US and an isolation of healthy people from UFO-crazies and conspiracy-enthusiasts. The more fantastic crackpot claims UFO/conspiracytainment industry dishes up, the more healthy people are distracted. I don't buy most of the conspiracy stuff around UFOs. I have seen the phenomena and am aware that the reality of it hasn't been officially engaged. Yet, the UK have tacitly admitted that they exist but claim they are natural phenomena - I don't buy it for a second because what I saw wasn't "natural", it was artificial.
However, I think the problem is a little deeper in that the powers of the world could not defend us from ETI if they needed to. Any official discussion about ETI is very dangerous to the status quo. Like yelling "Fire" in a crowded theater. Even an indirect comment from gov has intense consequences. Unpredictable consequences. Further, if the ETI is covert, and seems to be, then we have a great deal of intelligence gathering to do and its probably not happening at a terribly fast pace. In the end, whatever is learned can't be disclosed because the issue is continuing to develop and we are still very, very vulnerable...

There are no ETs; there are only creatures who have evolved here on Earth, monotremes. Their civilization could be as much as 50 million years older than ours. I doubt there will be disclosure any time soon. It's being withheld
to prevent the panic that is sure to happen when folks realize that we share the planet with creatures (our mammal cousins) who abduct some of us at will and our collective governments can't do a thing to stop it.
