A Pennsylvania witness is reporting a silent, low flying craft near Allentown Airport on May 26, 2010, that was 400 to 500 feet wide and approximately 150 feet long, according to testimony from the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) witness reporting database.
The witness also reports that planes were flying above the object at the time of the sighting.
"I could see the frontal 4 windows and the full bottom of this greyish craft flying over perfectly and immediately sketched the craft on paper," the witness reported.
No sketch was provided with the report.
The following are the unedited and as yet uninvestigated reports filed with MUFON. Please keep in mind that most UFO reports can be explained as something natural or manmade. If Pennsylvania MUFON State Director John Ventre investigates and reports back on these cases, I will release an update.
PA, May 26, 2010 - flew north to south at approximately 100 feet off ground silent and huge. MUFON Case # 23618.
while watching tv i saw a light coming from far off at first i thought it was helicopter.
as it got closer the object went from white light to off green glow then dark with frontal glow.
i got off the couch to go outside thinking it was helicopter to hear the sound. there was no sound it flew in straight line coming at me while looking at it in the alley, no side to side movement just straight and silent. this is 2nd time in 3 years this has occurred.
this object was about 4-5 hundred feet wide and about in center 150ft. thick nose to tail it was so low i could have thrown a rock and hit it.
i'am deeply concerned about this.
there were planes coming and going to the south out of allentown airport and not one changed course as this object continued right under them. this is no joke i am serious.my dog didn't even bark at it he went back to the door scared. i have tried to contact people about this and have had no luck in doing so.

I live in the mountains of south pa, been alot of strange aircraft activity 2X a 747 size flying way to low for where they are no real markings just big and gray!!! Sightings 10/22 - 10/26 - 10/27 and 10/28. What are they up to now? twa6 just looknig for some answers?

That area is pretty much my backyard and there has been a big bunch of weird stuff in the sky around these parts going on three years now. Noticed that yesterday there were (2) Apache attack helicopters flying around. Coincidence, or something more?
Sometime (Tuesday or Wednesday) last week there was a press release in the paper that the military was conducting training and not to be alarmed by unusual aircraft activity in the sky over northeastern Pa. I don't think Allentown is in the northeastern section of Pa., but??
I saw or heard nothing unusual, but just heard from a friend that lives slightly north (Red Rock Mt. area) of me saw low flying jets.
Today my neighbor saw military helicopters that woke her up.

From Upper Bucks PA Sept. 17th: From Monday through today, there were several instances of a miltiary helicopter flying through, over and around our neighborhood in Milford Township.
Today, over the past 2 hours or so, this miltiary helicopter that has a nose and the big wheel on the tail (Apache?) has been circling over development, flying extremely low a number of times. One time the helicopter was so low as it flew parallel to my street, I could almost look in the cockpit.
Exercises of some sort? maybe...DEA looking for something...may be but why for 5 successive days at extremely low altitudes? And not to mention these are nosy buggers!
