The world's first Alien Embassy is being constructed in the Republic of Kazakhstan, according to a report publshed in Express K, a Kazakh newspaper.
According to a recent story, the government there has "allocated a large plot of land in the city of Almaty" for the project. Almaty is one of 14 provinces with a population of 829,000.

The UFO Examiner has made a request to Express K for more information on this story. We are waiting for a reply. But before you wonder further about this story, it's interesting to note that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan has no mention of this story at their web site. Could Express K be their version of tabloid journalism?
But there are reports that the Russians monitored UFOs near Kazakhstan’s border at Derbent Hollow of the Caspian Sea. The entrance to these bases, according to reports, was deep underground.
UPDATE: A UFO Examiner reader inside the Republic of Kazakhstan explains that Express K is a national newspaper, but only recently added a satire page - which is where this story comes from - kind of like The Onion over here. But I am told their flying saucer crash reports run on the real news side of the paper.

The Republic of Kazakhstan in Central Asia is in the process of building the world's first alien embassy according to some local media reports. If these reports are to be believed, the authorities have already allocated a large plot of land in the city of Almaty for this ambitious project. Facilities to be built within the complex will include a guesthouse, theatre and translation service. A purpose built UFO landing pad and checkpoint will be attached to the embassy.
Kazakhstan's government believes open contact with aliens is imminent and by being the first nation to specifically create such facilities they are convinced they will reap enormous financial and economic rewards. The Kazakhstan Government also see this as a chance to demonstrate their nations forward thinking policies.
Currently it is generally accepted that aliens are making use of an underwater UFO base in the Caspian Sea which Kazakhstan borders.

Fuad Gasimov, the head of neighbouring Azerbaijan's national Aerospace Agency has confirmed this to be the case and has gone on record stating the old USSR constantly monitored alien spaceships regularly entering the water but kept this a military secret. Gasimov himself was involved in this secret monitoring of UFOs when a department heat at the USSR's science academy.
In addition to this, numerous UFO sightings occur in Kazakhstan where it is believed aliens take an interest in their massive natural resources. As recently as last year a UFO was reported as having crashed into a river in Kazakhstan.
The head of Kazakhstan's space agency, Talgat Musabayev, is said to be heavily involved in the embassy project. Musabayev is an ex-cosmonaut who has spent many hours in space and is an ex-colleague of Gasimov. It is believed that he possesses a large amount of information on the aliens currently visiting earth.
Kazakhstan's acceptance of the reality of alien visitors to earth has won it the admiration of many ufologists, especially those in the west, who wonder when their countries will follow this example.

It seems that the creation of an deep underground base is not new. the base was surely created years or decade ago. How come?
Kazakhstan's government believe that open contact is imminent, but what i can see it's a race for competition, they want to be the first to get possibly new gadget from aliens.

First: In theory people are believing that aliens are not here for our ressources since our planet is full of ressources of all kind(minerals, water etc..) how come an alien races who are not supposed to need this kind of ressources because they have free energy

As an American who has been in Kazakhstan for almost 12 years I can tell you this story was satire. This paper has a satire section, although they usually print regular news.
Of course who knows, maybe they are using satire articles to test public reaction?
The second thing is open contact is not a thing like one country who is trying to connect to a foreign country
This problem actually, it not concernin only Kazakhstan but the whole planet and all of its inhabitants.
We can see that UFO's and ET's are taking liberties to building underground base and underwater basement? what is the meaning of all this. And how come the population seems to not care about that.
Who give them the authorization to do what they want.

We can illustrate with an earthly exemple, Imagine a country A who is trying to exploiting oil, and one day the oil gone dry, what is happening, we have to find an alternative to overcome the lack of ressources.
What can we do? the only solution is to prospect other ressources to maintain the actual system.
The emissaries of country A cross the oceans and find great amounts of oil in a lost place in the jungle of the country B where arborigenes are living.
What will happen, country A will try to seduce country B by all means or take it by force.
We are in the same situation right now, honestly what motive alien races to come from so far until our Home, the only theory i've found is they are work dry their ressources and are in search of new ones. That's the point.

Come on now, this was all over Google as a satire story from the Weekly World News, The Onion, and a bunch of other satire papers. If you want to be taken seriously try do even the minimum amount of research...
Wow, this has really ruffled some feathers... take a deep breath kids... remember the Christian group who built that huge spiral tower in Independence, Missouri for Jesus to land on when he returns... let people have their fantasies. And as far as doing research, don't you guys know the aliens are taking all the resources they want whenever they want and they will never be depleted because all we are is a DNA bank to them. They harvest eggs and sperm, not oil dudes!

I have never seen a picture or a drawing the makes me believe that the objects we are seeing are in fact "INTERSTELLAR" So if they are not interstellar, in my view they are from here. (Inside our solar system)
They may be from inside the planet, or under the sea. But they are certainly not from another star system, unless all of the physics we know is BS.
If God and his crowd is not chemical, then they need no air, no light, and no food to live. Time may mean nothing to them. It would seem to me that they would keep an eye or two on "Gods Chosen People" (USA not Israel) who keep handing out guns, nuclear weapons, and starting nasty wars.
