Florida UFO witness submits cell phone photo of object at ground level

A Florida witness on an early morning walk February 21 took a cell phone image of an object near the ground, according to testimony from the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) database.

The witness statement says three images were uploaded to the MUFON database, but only one image was available February 21.

No further details were available.

The following is the unedited and as yet uninvestigated report filed with MUFON. Please keep in mind that most UFO reports can be explained as something natural or manmade. If Florida MUFON investigates and reports back on this case, I will release an update.

FL, February 21, 2010 - Subject was on an early morning walk. Turned in an eastward direction. Saw the object. Snapped three shots with camera phone. MUFON Case # 21968.

The subject was taking an early morning walk and was compelled to look east. Saw object. Took shot number one with camera phone. Brief time period. Actually SAW the image - it wasn't a reflection.

Object in shot #1 disappeared then re-appeared to the left and further away - near the ground in second #2 as a solid orb - it appears to be light emitting. The third shot shows the object taking off to the right.

The individual was in Central Florida and must remain anonymous. The person shared the photos with me. She experienced a brief sensation of "timelessness". She said she really didn't "feel" anything.

***I suspect the witness is holding back their true feelings and thoughts, in fear of how others would judge. Which I fully understand.

*After all she clearly states being compelled to look in it's direction.
She also says there was a brief "sensation" of timelessness.
Then she is simply holding back by saying she didn't "FEEL" anything!

****** A sensation and being compelled are feelings from where I come from..............anyone else agree?

"The subject was taking an early morning walk and was compelled to look east."

At which point, she appears to have taken a photo of the sunrise over a fence.

The sun is not a UFO, it is a celestial body.

I'm amazed to read that the witness apparently SAW this object (which I had immediately assumed was a lens flare). An almost identical photo was submitted to me years ago, taken in August 2005 at Kalispell, MT, which I have posted at the bottom of the BLT Research Team's "USA Crop Circles" listing page for 2005. As you can see, the MT photo is nearly identical, although that photographer did not report seeing the object (which is why I labeled it a "lens flare).

I'd very much like to see the other 2 photos taken by the Florida witness, and would also like to know which of the 3 shots she took the one shown here is.

Regardless of what the witness says, this is simply a photo of lens flare, nothing more, nothing less.

What is the object of interest in the photo? The rising sun or the lens flare? I see nothing, no object unidentified or flying.

I'm not a UFO skeptic, I believe we are being visited by E.T's, but this photo makes me want to jump the fence. Why was this even posted? This shouldn't have made it past the first glance of the editor. C'mon man, put the bong down.

Look I saw 4 bright lights going in different directions, moving very fast in Jax FL15 years ago, I had no camera. My son saw it also.. The lights were like minature suns, I never saw anything on this earth that could move in that formation!
