A New York witness captured a silent, white, cigar-shaped UFO on video at 500 feet in daylight skies on April 30, 2010, over Saratoga County, according to testimony from the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) witness reporting database.
"When zoomed, the picture gets a little shaky and through the view finder I thought I saw something else in the frame, and you will see in the video, that this capsule/cylinder was being followed by a small unidentifiable small plane," the witness stated.
The witness believes the craft was less than one mile away.
The witness posted the video on YouTube site CosmicDramaQueen.
The following is the unedited and as yet uninvestigated report filed with MUFON. Please keep in mind that most UFO reports can be explained as something natural or manmade. If New York MUFON State Director James Bouck, Jr. investigates and reports back on this case, I will release an update.

see Video Cigar Shaped daytime sighting. While Standing in my driveway in Saratoga County, NYS I saw a White Capsule/cylinder/cigar/tube with a darker band in the center on a slight diagonal...flying or cruising across the sky.
It was absolutely Silent, I ran to my truck where I keep my cameras loaded and ready to film because I am a long time skywatcher, I quickly zoomed in and captured this ufo.

I felt that this was the best capture yet of these commonly seen ufos that many other people are seeing from around the country as well as Italy and Russia. How about more video and less music? There's nothing in the picture for size and distance reference. How did you manage to video from the ground without any interfering structures? Has NYMUFON investigated it yet? If you saw a small plane, where was it in relation to the object, and why isn't it in the video too? How did the object appear and leave? Please complete a real investigation. A mere video says little without a proper expert ufo and video investigation, and validation.
Looks like an out of focus airliner. You can see the strobe and the dark spot is the wings. Hard to really say with this low quality video.

Interestng, but with the beacon on it, obviously terrestrial. I think it must have been, at long last a real weather balloon!
why oh why do you feel the need to add music? It totally takes away from the authenticity. rather hear what you're thinking or any extra description you can add instead of some x-files sounding crap.
on july 20th, 2010 me ans 2 friends were walking around outside and we saw something un explainable. we saw what looked like a bright star appear in the sky, well we thought it was a star until it started moving, we watched it for about 3 minutes until it got close enugh to see the shape it was a metal cigar shaped object much like the one on this video,it looked like a light because it was so shiny and refected the sun, and as quik as it materialized it disappeared. i got chills when iwatched this video because they looked close to identical
