So what? It was fun when CNN @cnnbrk and Ashton Kutcher @aplusk were having some fun with the barrier. His "ding dong ditch" challenge was innocent and actually he leveraged it into doing some good for a local charity.
But now that every celebrity is jumping on the Twitter bandwagon even when they brag they don't do email. Looking at you Ellen Degeneres @TheEllenShow. Ellen just shouts over to an assistant at a laptop and dictates her tweets.
(yawn)
Now there is a rush to get Ellen a million followers.
Sheep. Sheesh.
At least Ellen uses her tweets to give stuff away. Oprah uses her tweets like most noob Twitter celebs. She just blabs about her wonderful life and name drops.
