Elizabeth Taylor may be many years older than the typical Twitter user, but she is still tweeting her butt off! Dame Elizabeth is in the hospital right now, but is logging on to the site to update her followers on what is going on in her life. The AP reports that the 77-year-old actress is tweeting every day from her hospital room.
A spokesman for Elizabeth Taylor, Dick Guttman, said that Taylor has "fallen in love" with Twitter and loves updating her followers. She is pretty funny in the posts, with one asking friend Kathy Ireland to smuggle her puppy into the hospital.

I am so happy to hear you came through the surgury so well! I hated to hear you even had to have surgury! We have never met, but we have grown up together through the years. At one time I really was very jealous of you. That lasted for many many years. I had fallen in love with Roddy McDowl the first time I saw him in "How Green is My Valley", then came Flick, and ThunderHead, and the Lassie films you slipped in as his, not as his love interest, but I was soo jealous...Of course we both grew up and had our own lives. I still had you both in my world. I was saddened to hear he had passed. I certainly didn't want to loose another old friend. As we get older that happens all too often.
