Anna Nicole Smith's death foul play?

The judge who had decided where the late Anna Nicole Smith was to be buried, wrote a book claiming that someone is guilty of murder of manslaughter regarding her death. Tmz.com come released the story on the twitter account earlier. They are saying that the judge told them there is no way the Seminole Police Department was sophisticated enough to properly investigate Anna's death.

Former judge Larry Seidlin, who authored "The Killing of Anna Nicole Smith," said, "I think there was foul play and it should be investigated by an independent agency." He also says that Anna died under "highly unusual circumstances."  "She never left her room.  She checked into room 607 at the Hard Rock and never left.  When she was checking in she couldn't even stand up." However he would not say who he believed should be considered a suspect.

On February 8, 2007, Smith was found unresponsive in room 607 at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Hollywood, Florida. After a seven-week investigation led by Broward County Medical Examiner and Forensic Pathologist Dr. Joshua Perper in combination with the Seminole police and several independent forensic pathologists and toxicologists, Dr. Perper announced that Smith died of "combined drug intoxication"

One Cleveland resident stated on their twitter account that "the circumstance concerning her death are really not that unusual, just because she check in and never left, she could have died the second she entered the room"
