Though we've seen the brilliant one-sheet poster and first preview for The Twilight Saga: New Moon, we've yet to see a tagline for the film.
For Twilight, the tag-lines were "When you can live forever, what do you live for?" "Forever begins now," and "Nothing will be the same."
Some of the more famous tag-lines in film history are as follows:
- "Fear can hold you prisoner. Hope can set you free." The Shawshank Redemption
- "An offer you can't refuse." The Godfather
- "You won't know the facts until you've seen the fiction." Pulp Fiction
- "Whoever saves one life, saves the world entire." Schindler's List
- "They're here to save the world." Ghostbusters
- "He's the only kid ever to get into trouble before he was born." Back To The Future
We all know the story of New Moon. It's heartbreaking at times, exhilarating and scary at others, and it is an over all testament to the trials of love and loss.

I also like the fourth one. Its always a good choice.
i think the 'forbidden to remember, terrified to forget' one, the 'Love, Life , Meaning, Over' one or the 'The Cullens aren't the only family that have a secret' i think it is... lol :P

The last 2 are my fav. the 2nd prob best for the actual tagline. I would love to see them all mentioned in the movie though.
I love, love, love "Forbidden to Remember. Terrified to Forget" That's how she is the WHOLE book, so I think it fits.

i dont like the choices i think it should be a tag line from the book.
What about paraphrasing that line from the end of the movie that Edward says, something like "he leaves her alone, and the wolves come out"

Both work for me, but I think that the question tag line works better, well, because we all know what happens in the end and it's better to leave the tag line open ended.

I think the one for eclipse should be: They fight; Paris falls.
I think that's it. I can't be bothered to go look through my eclipse book. Takes to long.
on peter's website it actually has a poster with a close in of the new moon poster and just shows there faces, and the tagline on it is
"Forbidden to remember, Terrified to forget"
so that is definetly the tagline

They say "time heals all wounds." But some wounds are too deep to ever heal.
Time passes. Even when it seems impossible.
Sometimes only the sun can help you out of the darkness of a new moon.
A lot of the ones are just lines from the book, so I don't think that fits the movie very well- no offense. I like, "When you can't be with the one who you love, will you stay with the one who loves you?" I think it fits the movie more, and that's the whole point, right?
