This weekend, a boatload of news related to The Twilight Saga: New Moon came to the surface. In case you missed anything, here's your Twilight news in a nutshell wrap-up (see Friday's as well here).
For starters, the New Moon soundtrack finally overtook Michael Buble for the number one spot this weekend. Reports were rampant that Buble had shocked the music world by holding strong at number one over the New Moon soundtrack release. However, as you'll see on this HitFix report, the soundtrack for The Twilight Saga: New Moon took its rightful place at number one this weekend. Chances are, too, it isn't going anywhere any time soon.
Meanwhile, a new clip from The Twilight Saga: New Moon (featuring Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart) on Bella's birthday made its way to ExtraTV. The clip shows Edward wishing Bella a happy birthday, telling her that her birth was "something to celebrate." "My aging's not," she replied. In the slideshow are some of the still frame images from this sequence (as well as others from The Twilight Saga: New Moon, of course).
Meanwhile, MTV announced a forthcoming new clip at this year's Halloween Music Festival Special entitled "Ulalume: Howling at New Moon." Details on the appearance, thanks to Twilight Lexicon, are as follows:
“The Twilight Saga: New Moon” cast members will take part in the special with Kellan Lutz and Nikki Reed kicking off the TV program from one of the most feared haunted houses in North America. Fans will salivate as Ashley Greene dishes on some of the rumors that have been swarming for months. Additionally, during the Halloween special, Kristen Stewart, Robert Pattinson and Taylor Lautner will introduce an exclusive, sneak-peek clip from Summit Entertainment’s highly-anticipated film “The Twilight Saga: New Moon,” which arrives in theaters on November 20, 2009.
Speaking of appearances, some of your favorites are expected to make their fair share of television appearances in the very near future as well. For starters, Regis & Kelly will be hosting Taylor Lautner, Kristen Stewart, and Robert Pattinson back to back to back on their show. According to their Twitter page, Kristen Stewart will appear on the show on November 18th, followed by Robert Pattinson on November 19th, and, finally, with Taylor Lautner appearing on November 20th. Tune in! Meanwhile, Pattinson will also make a showing on the November 20th episode (taped November 17th) of the Ellen Show. You can check out more on that here.

Is it weird that I got all warm and tingly inside when Robert Pattinson said, "Mmmmm...." before he said, "Bella, your birth is worth celebrating..." or something like that. I'm stuck on the "Mmmmm..." part.

I am in line with all of you, my DVR is going to be SET. I may call in sick on the 20th, LOL seeing as after the movie is over it will be 230is in the morning and I have to be at work by 7... cough cough cough LOL IM SO EXCITED. Whoa! I definitely agree with all those who got caught up on the "Mmmmmm..." that was "mouthwatering" to me. haha!! ;) And I am so jealous of those who get to see the midnight showing of "New Moon." I do not know how I am going to make it through November 20th normally.

I am so excited, I have just purchased here in Australia, tickets for a special showing of Twilight on the 18th Nov and then when the clock ticks midnight New Moon will be screened.... so excited.... he he he
I'm going on the 20th.I like the books ALOT more but me and BFFs go just to see all the mistakes they make.IF YOU THINK THE MOVIE IS GOOD READ THE BOOKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!You'll love them!!!
