Boy if director David Slade isn't filling some big shoes . . .
With The Twilight Saga: New Moon in theaters busting up records and expectations, it's no wonder post-production work for The Twilight Saga: Eclipse is in full swing.
Slade, who's been an absolute powerhouse in Twitter Twilight fan updating, has issued some new information about what's going on in the Eclipse world.
"The Eclipse post crew have been on Thanksgiving break, all back in Monday, some of us earlier, until then we drink coffee, plan & prepare," he said on November 28th. Sure enough, just a few hours ago, he updated his followers once again, saying "Working Sunday, battle sequences coming together, first half of film feeling very emotional, still early days."
When Eclipse wrapped earlier this fall, Slade made mention of the long road ahead in post. It seems he and his crew are certainly hitting the ground running on that end, and hopefully - once all the news about New Moon's box office beatdown grows stale - some photographic stills, trailers, and clips will begin to surface.
In the meantime, these tweets and cast interviews are all the insight that's available on the film . . . for now.

Oh so VERY excited!!!! I'm glad it's not too long a wait between New Moon and Eclipse.
I'll go crazy when the first trailer appears! I'll literally lose my brain. OMG. It is my favourite book and I have faith in the actors to pull off the perfect vamps or werewolves or humans. So, yeah... but right now I'm pretty, y'know, straight-faced, but I'll be all grins and dreamy faces once Eclipse starts to open up and hopefully look good... hah... It's not like I lack a little confidence in David Slade or something... hn.... OK, I just lied. I really, really hope this is a good movie.
yeah these Twilight movies are bomb like legit these are some of the best movies being made right noww. They cast all these movies perfectly and i cannot wait for Eclipse its going to be amazing!
Well, all the movies have been great! This is suppose to be better then the others. There will be more fighting because of the vampire army Victoria makes. I adore all the actors that are in the Twilight Saga. Breaking Dawn is probably going to be a challenge because of Nessie growing so fast and they have to make her look like the same little girl! All I hope is that Stephenie makes another book or so because she has so many fans! I think they were going to make MIdnihgt SUn into a movie also, the book of Twilight in Edward's perspective.Yay MORE EDWARD, WELL ROBERT PATTINTSON!!!!!!!!!!!
its still too long away for me 211 days ugggghhhhh and NM left us hanging....... ya need i say more? lol
love the move pic, I LOVE THIS BOOK SO I HOPE ITS A GOOD MOVIE TOO.
