'The Twilight Saga: Eclipse' - Summit Ent.
Last night, the Official Twilight Facebook page annnounced that the theatrical one sheet poster for The Twilight Saga: Eclipse would be revealed exclusively on the Twilight Tracker application, and today it has been released to all Twilight fans.
You've of course seen posters for Eclipse either at theaters or online before, but this is the first theatrical poster (featuring Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart, and Taylor Lautner).
The poster includes a tagline for Eclipse that reads "It all begins . . . with a choice."
Re-reading Eclipse over the past few weeks in our quote discussions, we have seen that the book is certainly one centered on Bella realizing the consequences of her choice to not only be with Edward but to ultimately become a vampire.
That said, the tagline fits rather nicely into the story of the film, don't you think?

the tagline is great and they all look gorgeous but i really find it difficult to like this poster. the dynamics of the third installment in the sage could have definitely been given in more creative ways. all three of them just standing there and glaring towards the "camera" is lame.
Everybody needs to remember that there will be plenty more where this came from.lol.im sure the next one will be much more than them standing there, it always is

I agree, I think that this poster looks exactly like the one from New Moon...I wish it was something a bit more dramatic or exciting I personally even liked the Twilight poster better than the New Moon one...
i think the poster looks really good. im so excited for the movies to come out !!! i love all the books especially for breaking dawn. and i am hoping to see breaking dawn in the big screen too.
I LOVE LOVE LOVE IT!! I mean it's so much more darker in color scheme and tone than Twilight or even New Moon was! I am SUPER thrilled to see Eclipse this June!

It's not very creative and Bella's wig looks like hell. The tagline is fine. Even my fiance (who rolls his eyes at the Saga) protested the wig. I believe his words were "How did someone in that department let that pass looking like THAT?" He thinks KStew is hot (as do I) and it's an injustice to her.
I do like the coloring...you know how Twilight had a blue tint to it, and New Moon had more of an earthy warm glow, and now Eclipse looks like it will be gray (in a good way).
I really don't get why everyone is ragging on the wig!!!! I don't think it looks that bad honestly! I think, as Twilight fans, we expect something and when it isn't exactly what we want, we go off the deep end. Does it look like Kristen Stewart's real hair? Absolutely not. You can't see her scalp now. Boo-hoo. It's not bad. It is, however, the same color as her hair in the first two films, as well as the same length.
As far as the poster, it's good. It is hyping my up for the release of Eclipse. That's what it's supposed to do. And the posters always get better the closer to release. It's just like writing a paper for school or work: it's just the first draft. It's not going to be perfect, but it will be soon enough.
Wow it looks almost like new moon poster lol but i really like it though lol. Twilight theatrical poster was really my favorite cuz i didn't expect it to look like that. Bella looks more like a bella and jacob actually looks hotter? lol i always thought edward would look hotter when i read the books. Also i love that it's really dark and the clothes.
