Robert Pattinson The Twilight Saga: New Moon

What does it take to get Robert Pattinson on Twitter? Oh, just a few hundred million dollars. . . Just kidding, sort of. Actually, all signs pointed to the fact that Pattinson had once before issued his final tweet back in September when his co-star (and on-screen father) Peter Facinelli got Pattinson to tweet in thanks for the million followers he got on his Twitter page (considering he said "Hi, it's Rob... My first and last tweet. My dad made me do it."). Note (and this is very important) that Pattinson does not have his own Twitter page (here is a comprehensive list of cast members and more that do).
Tonight, though, Pattinson did indeed issue a new set of tweets through the Official Twilight Twitter page.
From Rob - Thank you for making NEW MOON #1. It's very exciting to be a part of something embraced by so many people.
From Rob cont.- I hope you are looking forward to ECLIPSE as much as I am.
Wonder what it'd take to get Pattinson on Hollywood Boulevard dancing to "Single Ladies" . . . Any ideas, Facinelli?
Now, as a bit of recompense for the tweet, how about a "thank you" in return to Pattinson and the cast for a job well done? Wait, you've already sort of done that with these excellent fan reviews (but you can still voice it up again in the comments below)!

You're more than welcome. This movie was a guaranteed hit....but to see a movie
dome with such love was a pleasure. It was obviously made for the fans
and it delivered all around. It would have been easy for the three leads to
mail on their performances....but they proved again that they care enormously about
their characters....and us....the fans. Well done Summit-what a perfect storm of
movie+book+lovely casting. I'm delighted to be a small part of your success.

Well, just in case somebody passes this on to Rob and the rest of the people involved in New Moon, THANKS!! But if I were Rob and people kept screaming in my face and asking me to bite their babies (seriously people?! lol), I would probably avoid the media in my free time, too. :-)

just saw it for the first of many times...loved the ending...absolutely perfect, in so many ways...
Kristen just tweeted as well. Well, IMO best way to show our appreciation is to support Fandomgiveback or other charities in Twilight's name. Show them what the fans are really capable of.

I adored New Moon. The performances were amazing. Taylor and Kristen truly made that relationship real. Loved the Bella/Edward reunion scene in Italy. Thanks to Summit and to Chris for pulling it all together for the fans. Can't wait for Eclipse and hopefully Breaking Dawn. Also looking forward to seeing Kristen & Dakota rock out in The Runaways.
I did enjoy this film (no matter what the critics had say) and am also looking forward to Eclipse.
I liked the movie a lot, Eclipse is my fav book so I cant wait to see it! Good job everyone on the film :)

i love all the characters in this movie! they did a good job, they deliver very well their roles. im looking forward in the eclipse. i love you edward. he's so cute......
I liked the movie, but did not like the way Kristin portrayed Bella in this one. There were just a few parts that weren't believable in this one for me even though I thought she was great in Twilight. Hopefully Eclipse will be better for Kristin.
