A wealth of new character images for The Twilight Saga: Eclipse made their way to the surface yesterday via a host of varying sources.
One in particular was the Official Eclipse website, which posted several new character biographies.
Each attempts to detail the mind-set and circumstances endured by the characters.
For instance, for "Bella," the website says:
Bella is a strong-willed, attractive girl in love with the vampire Edward Cullen. Her love is so deep that her greatest desire is to become a vampire so she can live life with Edward for eternity. Since the life of a vampire is not one he would choose again, Edward tries to convince Bella to continue living the human life. Unconvinced, Bella is determined to become a vampire and plans on being transformed after her approaching graudation by Edward's father Carlisle. Preferring to have Edward "change" her, Bella weighs the possibility of agreeing to his one condition - to marry him.
It goes on to discuss the character's relationship with "Jacob" and "Victoria."
Some of the smaller characters' bios were much more interesting as they added backstory information.
Take Alec's for example:
Alec is a high-ranking member of the Volturi Guard. The Volturi were waiting to "change" Alec and his twin sister Jane until they were older, but humans tried to burn them at the stake, so the Volturi were forced to change them while they were young. Since acquiring Alec & Jane, the Volturi have seldom needed to fight; their victims are simply slaughtered.
In addition to these character images, the downloads section of the website also includes buddy icons, wallpapers, and posters.

haha, right! I thought their hair couldn't grow, but each movie, Jasper's gets longer and longer!

Hmmm... I love the eyes for the vamps being back to the same as Twilight (just a tad too bright in New Moon..) and Rosalies hair looks SO SO much better now than in New Moon... But no wig would have EVER EVER EVER made BDH any more ideal for Victoria.. She looks REDICULOUS... dainty even.. her wig is the worst Ive seen in all the movies... like a bad weave.. BOOOO.. Okay so I got my rant out of the way, I am thrilled they used the same wolves for this movie.. it was important for continuity reasons.
As for the hair.. y'all have to know by now that there will be SOME variations from the books, right? I mean being on paper is one thing, but as an educated human being you would know that there will be SOME variations.

Ok, I have to just say it and get it off my chest. What on earth are they doing with Jasper's hair??? It was good in Twilight and then it was just downhill from there.
And I also am not loving Alice's do. I loved her pixie hair in Twilight. That's how it's supposed to be. But again there, it's just been downhill.
But on the plus side, I love Rosalie's hair. Very nice.
Who is #7 in the slideshow? Pardon my ignorance I jus can't place her. I'd check the official site but it doesn't work on my blackberry. :O

Ugh were is seth????!!!! He has a huge part on the movie to but in the bright side quil comes out he looks so cute like he seems out of place how cute!!!!!!
were is jacob and his crew. they are the ones that are hot.my faverite werewolves are jacob,seth,and quil. they are the cutest of the bunch. I would say seth is my favorite though becuase he is so nice to bella and the werewlves. It doesnt matter how he hangs out with to him as long as there nice to him,. oh and he is super cute . maybe even cuter than jacob . Not likley though. sorry
