Last night, MTV's "Howling at The Twilight Saga: New Moon" Halloween Ulalume special show included quite a few great things.
For starters, it included several soundbites of information and opinions by Twilight series castmates Jackson Rathbone, Kellan Lutz, Nikki Reed, Ashley Greene, and Elizabeth Reaser.
Some of the many opinions expressed by the cast included the fact that they seem to universally agree that New Moon is going to be action-packed. Said Kellan Lutz, it's "more a manly movie." "More of a flick than just a chick flick than maybe they thought Twilight was," he continued about the just-wrapped The Twilight Saga: Eclipse.
Another feature of the show was an "Ask Alice" segment where Ashley Greene answered some questions specifically meant for her as a person. One such was what she would want to know if she was truly able to see the future. Included in her answers were winning lottery numbers, whether the 2012 end-of-the-world predictions were accurate, and whether marriage and children were in her future.
The show also included double performances by Paramore (with them closing the show with Twilight soundtrack song "Decode"), and shows by artists like Linkin Park, AFI, and Kid Cudd.
Finally, the show brought a brand new clip from The Twilight Saga: New Moon - an extension of those portions of the birthday/papercut sequences already seen in some of the teaser footage - with Kristen Stewart, Robert Pattinson, and Taylor Lautner introducing.

Excellent clip!
Everything in New Moon looks better. In this scene, the lighting and smoother editing...incredible! Leagues above Twilight, which was still a great adaptation of a terrific book.

Looks like there is going to be some comedy! I can't wait to see it.
I know everyone talks about which book in the series is their favorite and what not, but I can't pick one anymore. I always thought Twilight was my favorite, but these previews and the hype for this movie just shows how awesome the book really is. I keeps changing my mind on which book I like best. I guess it's safe to say that they are all the best to me! I was going to read "The Host" again (I'm almost finished with BD), but seeing this makes me want to start all over again... for the sixteenth time!
Grrrr... Rosalie actually TALKS to Bella??? She's not supposed to actually talk directly to her until the END of NM! Oh well... I'm sure the movie will be good anyway.
New Moon looks 1000 times better than Twilight. This director seems to have gotten it right. Cant wait to see it in 19 days!
