A man of many cinematic coats, The Twilight Saga: New Moon star Michael Sheen has just won the Digital Spy Movie Award's "Actor of the Year" award.
According to Digital Spy, "Riveting as David Frost in political drama Frost/Nixon and dazzling as iconic football coach Brian Clough in The Damned United, he's the worthy recipient of our shiny acting gong."
Aside from The Twilight Saga: New Moon, in which Sheen portrays Aro, and those listed by DS, Sheen has been in over three dozen films and has won awards like the Entertainment Personality Award from the British Independent Film Awards, Best Actor in the Evening Standard British Film Awards, and Best Supporting Actor from the Los Angeles Film Critics Association Awards.
Sheen's work in The Queen also gained him an OBE and a visit with the Queen of England.
So, congratulations to Michael Sheen for yet another accomplishment to add to the list!
