'Ugly Americans' spoofs 'Twilight'
At this point, nearly every comedic outlet has taken a turn on the Twilight spoof-mobile, and Comedy Central is no exception.
Their new show Ugly Americans has issued a preview clip (called "Vampire Conversions") from their forthcoming episode entitled "So, You Want to Be a Vampire?" (airing Wednesday at 10:30 p.m.).
The clip is a spoof of "Bella" and "Edward" from the Twilight series (albeit a spoof wherein the comedic value is arguable).

Admittedly, the spoof does broach on the line of being funny and even remotely Twilight-related, but for the most part, I'd be willing to bet most Twilight fans are not going to be fans of this spoof. However, your thoughts are welcome - as always - in the comments below!

I <3 this show. This is going to be awesome. I'm a fan of Twilight and this doesn't bother me. I'm all for it.
I'm all for spoofs...they're usually funny...but that was really stupid
ummmm...yeah. not sure what I think about that. I didn't laugh though, and I love making fun of Twilight (almost as much as I love Twilight itself).

that was not funny. I love this show, love thing that make fun of Twilight, but this has no humor in it.
Um? I don't usually try to be wishy-washy, but huh? It had some points of originality, like the judge and police parts. Other wise that was (as written above) "lame". Yeah, come on bats. No real rave from me sorry. :(
Actually I'm watching it now. It has the van scene in it too. lol It's funny. Just relax. I'm a twilight fan too.
