With one of the most impressive Twilight and The Twilight Saga: New Moon memorabilia collections one might ever see, Sterling Biegert of north Texas has a lot to look at. She also has something to drive, it seems.
This seventeen year old's "parents surprised Biegert with the keys to the red Chevy pickup truck featured in the movie."
According to WSAV,
Biegert is definitely showing it off, for a good cause.
“So I wanted to raise money for charity by having people have this truck at their events or taking pictures with it or making a grand entrance. People will pay to have a star of ‘Twilight’ be a part of their event.“
All the proceeds will go to Biegert’s favorite charities. And besides a date with the star himself, having this truck is the best piece of memorabilia she could ask for.
“I know people that haven’t been as fortunate and haven’t had the daily luxuries we have had. I love helping children.“
So, tell us, would you pay to have Bella's truck at your event? Comment below and let us know!

How on earth did her parents get this?
And who did she go on a date with?
I think it's just a replica of the truck and she decided to rent it out. Also she's saying that besides the truck, she would love a date with Rob. The truck is the next best thing in her opinion.
I read in an earlier article that kristin Stewart bought the truck from the set.SO with that in mind, they would have to involve Kristin with this. I'm thinkingit's a replica and not the actual truck.
Kristin didn't by that truck, she bought the little purple one in the scene where she first comes home with her dad. It's on the commentary of the DVD
Okay, thank you. :) You pretty much cleared my confusion.
yes I would like to rent the truck for my daughter, sarah. she is "one" of the biggest fans of Twilight! her 16th birthday is coming up and we don't live farrom where the truck is now!! how would we go about contacting the new owners??
Just saying:
Sterling is one of my closest friends, and for those of you who say the truck is a fake, you're absolutely wrong. She bought it from people in Frisco who also do the Transformers cars. I got a good look at the truck myself. So there.
I think its fake a really good fake, and NO I would neverr rent it I would not pay to sit in it either, I don't think they would have let this car go for the price of a "used car" NO was MO you can kiss it I stil think its fake.
I wouldn't pay either, I don't think it really, I won't ever unless one of the cast members told me. The world is full of liars I am not possitive about this sterling, but I don't think it's real and oh my sister is a better fan then any one and you can hole me to that. =)
I saw the truck to doesn't make it any more real.
or fake hahaha
And you know Maranda just cause one of the cast members tell you still doesn't make it real. I think that this girl is faking it, for a lot of reason... I know her, and I thought she was stuck up before I knew she had the truck and after. And if it is her turck how come her mother drove it home from the release party at boarder? I have told all my friends about her and the DUMB truck know one beleives, and I will NEVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I do not think it is real, but I think I could be won over. How much did she pat for it? When did she get it? How the HELL did she but it off ebay "for the price of a used car?" That truck would have gone for at least 1/2 mill. If you can answer those questions I will beleive its real.
Mel
i know sterling, shes really an awesome person and i cant really think of anyone else that would use a movie prop for charitable fund raising. as for the validity of the truck, i think that, maybe, just maybe, publications would verify the origins of the truck before publishing that the thing turned up in NCTX, cuz no one likes printing a retraction. movie cars are often sold discretely because the production campany doesnt always have the money to ad it at the time of sale (funds are put in other places or simply not there because the product hasnt hit the shelf). in fact, i think that tom cruises ninja 750 went for 6 grand when it was sold for the first time? anywho...
