Yep, it's Alicia Keys performing live on The Colbert Report, with a drop-in rap from Stephen Colbert.

Keys sounds terrific as usual, but it's also nice to see her showing off her sense of humor. There are a lot of musicians who wouldn't dream of performing on the show like that, and running the risk of getting upstaged by Colbert. Keys looked like she enjoyed it, and held her own nicely.

I wasn't crazy about the song, but I thought Colbert was awesome and hilarious. It was fun.
