Challenge Day goes to Colusa High School on the If You Really Knew Me episode that originally aired August 17, 2010.
There, students Lexi, Meghan, and Caroline are mean to people. Bre'On is the only black student. Katrina smokes marijuana. Lynae has been called a slut. Josh is labeled a nerd.
When Challenge Day leaders Chris and Jennifer come to Colusa High School, they encourage the students to stop judging each other and start stepping out of their comfort zones. Their goal is to get the students to stop hurting themselves and others because of their feelings.
During Challenge Day, the students reveal a lot about themselves. Lynae announces she's pregnant. Katrina talks about being bipolar. Lexi remembers being with her best friend who drowned when they were in third grade.
After opening up to each other, the classmates learn that people don't tease others unless they've been teased.
In St. Paul, new episodes of If You Really Knew Me can be seen Tuesdays at 10:00 p.m. on MTV.
