Screwing up on television's become a thing lately.
At the AMAs Jennifer Lopez flubbed a triple axle, Adam Lambert rolled his ankle and face-planted a dude's crotch (okay, that last one wasn't a screw-up), and now there's the already-being-flogged-to-death alleged Lady Gaga nipple slip on The Jay Leno Show.
That's not counting the "debunked" So You Think You Can Dance crotch-shot.
For Gaga deniers: Gaga herself knew what was up. Go back to the tape if necessary, but that wasn't just a casual adjustment as she wound up the performance.
All this is very, very important of course.
