Nothing excites a devoted fan base like lovesick characters, dramatic love triangles, or an elaborate will-they-or-won't-they storyline. You've got Sam and Diane, Ross and Rachel, Dawson and Joey, Meredith and Derek. The new decade has ushered in some fresh lovebirds for audiences to adore, who lack the drama but double-up on the adorable. Here are a few of TV's cutest current couples.

* Mitchell & Cameron, "Modern Family"
One word: casablanca. Mitchell and Cameron seem completely different (Mitchell is a skinny snob while Cameron is a cuddly ball of emotion) but their relationship is as adorable as their adopted daughter Lily. Whether they're playing charades, dressing Lily up for pop star photoshoots, or just providing some witty banter, Mitchell and Cameron (played by Jesse Tyler Ferguson and Eric Stonestreet) of "Modern Family" are fun, hilarious, and a totally amazing TV couple.

* Andy & Erin, "The Office"
We wondered whether Andy Bernard would ever bounce back from the destruction caused by the Dwight/Angela/Andy love triangle. But now it seems that Dwangela might be back on track and Andy seems happier than ever as he finds romance with Dunder Mifflin's new receptionist Erin. Andy (Ed Helms) and Erin (Ellie Kemper) are sweet and shy and have finally admitted that they like each other - and even shared a sweet kiss in the March 18th episode. The kiss was in a dump, but it was as cute as any dump kiss could be. Jim and Pam who? Andy and Erin are the new reason to watch "The Office."

"How I Met Your Mother" airs Mondays at 8 on CBS. (Photo: CBS)
* Marshall and Lily, "How I Met Your Mother"
Who's a cuter married couple than Marshall and Lily? They're so in sync, so in love after so many years, and so funny together that you can't help but love them. Though they're past most of the couple-y drama that creates audience passion, viewers still love these goofy soulmates. It doesn't matter who's the reacher and who's the settler; viewers look forward to many more years of Marshmallow and Lilypad being cute on "How I Met Your Mother."
