Who will be the ultimate 'Survivor' on 'Heroes vs Villains'?

It’s a huge night for “Survivor” fans when their favorite reality competition show premieres with “Heroes vs. Villains.” So, who will leave early, and who will outplay, outwit and outlast the pack to win the million dollars and earn the title as the ultimate “Survivor”?

The cast or "Heroes vs Villains" is strong, and all competitors have previous “Survivor” experience. As to whether they’re a hero or villain, it all depends on how you look at the game. Russell Hantz and Rob Marino are regarded as villains, but they both finished strong as the 1st place runner-ups. In fact, Russell Hantz is considered by many as the best player in “Survivor” history, and the favorite to win it all this season. Other strong contenders include “heroes” Colby Donaldson and James Clement, who are both strong as an ox and will fare well in the challenges. Stephanie LaGrossa is also a strong player on the “heroes” side, and will use her athleticism to advance in the game. On the “villains” side, “Coach” Wade, Jerri Matheny and Parvati Shallow may outplay and outlast, but all eyes will be on Russell Hantz, who has the uncanny ability of driving the masses and finding hidden immunity idols with no clues. Everyone else may have a difficult time trying to outwit Hantz.

The new season of “Heroes vs Villains" includes four past “Survivor” winners: JT Thomas, Tom Weston, Sandra Diaz and Parvati Shallow. However, never under estimate the power of the “under the radar” underdogs, like Sugar Kiper, Candice Woodstock and Courtney Yates. In the game of ultimate “Survivor” anything goes, especially during a new season of all-stars.

Here is a look at the teams, and how the players fared during their previous time on the island:

Heroes:

1. Rupert Boneham: 8th out and 2nd jury member: Pearl islands; 15th out and 6th jury member: All-Stars; winner of Fan Favorite award
2. James Clement: 10th out and 4th jury member: China: Injured, 4th jury member on Micronesia
3. Colby Donaldson: 1st runner-up: Australia; 5th out on All-Stars
4. Cirie Fields: 12th out and 6th jury member: Panama; 15th out and 7th jury member: Micronesia
5. Amanda Kimmel: 2nd runner-up: China; 1st runner-up: Misconesia
6. Jessica “Sugar” Kiper: 2nd runner-up: Gabon
7. Stephanie LaGrossa: 10th out and 3rd jury member: Palau; 1st runner-up: Guatemala
8. James “JT” Thomas, Jr: Winner of Tocantins
9. Tom Weston: Winner of Palau
10. Candice Woodstock: 13th out and 5th jury member: Cook Islands

Villains:

1. Tyson Apostol: 8th out and 2nd jury member: Tocantins
2. Randy Bailey: 11th out and 3rd jury member: Gabon
3. Sandra Diaz: Winner of Pearl Islands
4. Danielle DiLorenzo: 1st runner-up: Panama
5. Russell Hantz: 1st runner-up: Samoa
6. “Boston” Rob Marino: 7th out: Marquesas; 1st runner-up: All-Stars
7. Jerri Matheny: 8th out nd 2nd jury member: Australia; 7th out on All-Stars
8. Parvati Shallow: 15th out and 7th jury member: Cook Islands, winner of Micronesia
