Rachel Uchitel may be forced to fork over a percentage of her $500,000 paycheck from "Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew" -- at least according to Michael Lohan. According to Radar Online, Lindsay Lohan's famous father is considering filing a lawsuit against the former Tiger Woods mistress over unpaid money.
Here's how it breaks down. Lohan introduced Uchitel to manager David Weintraub, who reportedly is set to earn 20% of Uchitel's paycheck for orchestrating the gig. Lohan then believes that he is entitled to a stake in that since he was the one who first got them together.
So what does Rachel think about all of his? Her attorney Gloria Allred seems to be ready for people to just let this issue slip out of their minds:
“Rachel has no agreement either in writing or otherwise with Michael Lohan. She is mystified as to why he believes he has any legal claim. She will not dignify his comments about her with any additional response. She has no further comment on this matter.”
Meanwhile, Weintraub (who has still not received his payment) had a rather funny statement sent out via his attorney Dana Cole:
“We are very upset how Rachel has handled David’s compensation for the services he rendered in negotiating her participation in 'Celebrity Rehab'.
“There is no ongoing or existing business relationship between Michael and David but Michael did assist in introducing Rachel to David, a favor that at first David appreciated, but as time has gone on and Rachel has proved so difficult it is much less appreciated. I think Michael is very frustrated at all that has gone on, and to a certain extent I can understand why.”
