Elisabeth Hasselbeck has managed once again to spark controversy on "The View", and this time it is in retaliation to something said previously by Kathy Griffin on last week's episode of "My Life on the D-List". During the program, she jokes in a clip (which you can see below) that the daughters of Senator Scott Brown are "prostitutes".
Suffice it to say, the more conservative member of the panel did not like this comment in the slightest. On Monday's show, she tore into Griffin for the statement:
“If somebody talked about my daughter as a joke like that, I would beat their [rear] ... In general, if someone called your daughter a prostitute would you think they’d be scum? I’d call them [sic] scum.”
Joy Behar attempted to combat Hasselbeck by reminding her that Griffin's comments were meant to be a joke, but it was ultimately to no prevail.
Do you think Hasselbeck is taking this whole ordeal too far, and does this make Griffin less likely to turn up on "The View" anytime soon? Feel free to share your thoughts below!

KATHY IS SCUM............... SHE IS ALSO A NO TALENT WHORE
Kathy is hilarious! The comment was great and Elisabeth is just an ignorant bitch. Scott Brown was practically asking for someone to make a joke about it. Kathy happily obliged.
Kathy is scum...she is not funny in the least. Her "humor" is meant just for herself I suppose...no one I knows thinks she is funny at all. She is very off color and just a dud.
Elizabeth is a whiny little girl. I get so tired of her, I wish Rosie had never left! Can she not take a joke! She's only freaking out because it is about a Republican. Oh, and Bill Getty is whispering in her ear.
