The polls for 2010 Teen Choice Awards officially close. FOX.
The big event in Hollywood this weekend is the 2010 Teen Choice Awards, set to convene this Sunday. Officials have announced that the polls are now closed and that they received more votes than last year, perhaps even setting a record. Among the growing number of A-list celebrities topping the guest list are Twilight stars Robert Pattinson, Taylor Lautner, Ashley Greene, Jackson Rathbone, and Nikki Reed. Other big name celebrities participating in the 2010 Teen Choice Awards include Taylor Swift, Zac Efron, Ellen Degeneres, the Kardashian sisters, and even Betty White. Teen Choice 2010 celebrates the hottest teen icons in film, television, music, sports and fashion. The winners are announced during the 2010 Teen Choice Awards, which airs on FOX at 8/7c on Monday, August 9th.

Katy Perry and the Guys of Glee – Chris Coifer, Kevin McHale, Cory Monteith and Mark Salling are hosting the 12th annual star-studded awards event. Below is a list of artists set to perform during the 2010 Teen Choice Awards broadcast:

Pop sensation Justin Bieber was presented with his Teen Choice Awards early this year. While on stage at the Theater of Performing Arts at Planet Hollywood Resort Casino in Las Vegas, Shaquille O’Neal presented him with awards for Choice Breakout Artist Male, Choice Top Album, Choice Male Artist and Choice Summer Music Star. His taped acceptance speeches will air during Monday’s FOX broadcast.

I'm only watching for Twilight. I hope Teen choice doesn't disappoint me.
Vampire Diaries is a lot better than the Twilight movies. I will be watching to see Elena, Damon and Stefan.
Most of these people could die in a fire and I still wouldn't get why it's news. Yvonne Strahovski and Seth MacFarlane would be missed, but that's pretty much it...
