Nickelodeon has announced their nominees for the Kids' Choice Awards, and one has to wonder how happy they are to see so many nominations go to Disney Channel celebrities. "Hannah Montana" star Miley Cyrus has four, the Jonas Brothers collectively have three, and Selena Gomez also gets a nod.
Another unsurprising nomination went to Taylor Swift, who has taken just about every awards show by storm over the course of the past year. One still has to wonder about some of the show's other nominees, though, which include the ever-so-controversial Jay-Z, Lady Gaga, and "Are You Smarter Than a 5th Grader?" (Somebody still watches that show?)

Miley does deserve the awards...she worked really hard to be where she is at. i don't think she is the best actress but, she is a good actress when it comes to the disney channel. But then again we have yet to see her in a movie that isn't part of the disney channel.I'm excited to see her in the last song. Then, I think we will have a better answer to whether she deserves it or not. But I think she is a great singer so she deserves that!
I Love Miley! She is my favorite singer. Miley is great in concert too, but maybe a little too sexy. I watch Hannah Montana and wish it wasn't going to end. She will be around a long time and deserves her awards.

I don't think Miley deserves to win. No offense to her fans but I just don't see why they like her so much. I admit that she has a great voice but I just don't like her. Shes been a very bad role model for younger kids, the pole dancing for example. It's just my opinion. Anyway, I love the Jonas Brothers and Taylor Swift. They should win.
I personally love Miley , and she deserves everything she has. Eeveryone thinks she is such a bad role model. Honestly shes a teenager, if she was a regular person no one would put so much pressure on her.

Sorry Jonas Brothers suck. Miley deserves to win. I mean not all of them, but people don't give her enough credit. To me everyone is a b**** to her. She doesn't deserve that. miley is the biggest young star on earth
I'm not the biggest fan of Miley, but as for the show she is pretty good and the movie was okay. As a singer not that great, I covered my ears during her part in the "We are the world" song. The Jonas Bros are very talented, musically and their show is pretty funny too. Even though I love Nick as a singer, musician and songwriter, I think Kevin and Joe are better at the acting bit. As for the group I would love JB to win but I think the BEP are taking it and as for female artist Lady Gaga should take it, but I think Taylor may take it.
