Lindsay Lohan sues company over Super Bowl commercial (video)

Commercials need to be wary of using the name "Lindsay" in their ads, because there's now a possibility they could be sued for it. For evidence of this, all you have to do is look at what actress Lindsay Lohan is currently doing to E*TRADE. According to a new story by TMZ, the "Mean Girls" star has filed a lawsuit against the company over an ad they aired during the Super Bowl that featured three babies caught in a torrid love affair. One baby -- who goes by the "Lindsay" -- is referred to as being a "milkaholic."

Lohan's attorney Stephanie Ovadia (who has also represented Hailey Glassman from the Jon Gosselin scandal) doesn't so much care about the "milk" reference or the fact that Lohan's last name wasn't used. She has one primary complaint: "If you look at the commercial as a whole, it's Lindsay Lohan."

Do you think she's right? While "Lindsay Lohan" wasn't the first thing that came to my mind when watching this ad, there may be a possible connection here. (Whether or not they can win a lawsuit based on that, though, is an entirely different story.)

Does Lindsay Lohan have a case here? Check out the commercial below and feel free to share your thoughts with a comment.
