We've heard a report recent that Justin Bieber is currently dominating 3% of Twitter -- now, he is also proving he can crash entire websites just by posting a link.

Earlier on Wednesday, the teen singing sensation posted a link on his social-networking site announcing that fans could go to the page and enter to win tickets to the 2010 MTV Video Music Awards. Justin has announced that he will be holding his performance during the broadcast outside, that way he can give back to some of the fans who supported him all of these years.

Unfortunately for Justin's fans, there was one problem -- the server for the link crashed due to the overwhelming response from people wanting to see Justin live for a free show.

Even with all of this, we still don't know many details about what Bieber will perform for the big ceremony, or if any of his famous friends will join him for the ride.
