Thursday marked the 54th birthday for talk show host Ellen DeGeneres, and considering how many friends she has from around the entertainment community it wasn't a surprise at all to see some of the well-wishes she ended up receiving.

In addition to receiving these wishes, Ellen also had a birthday montage presented to her on her show by none other than Jimmy Kimmel -- which featured him narrating her "life story" using some photos submitted by fans.
