29-year old Stephanie Anderson had a eventful final week on "The Biggest Loser," but she was ultimately booted off after losing only one pound at the last weigh-in.

On Wednesday, though, the mood was fairly positive as Stephanie talked about Tuesday night's controversial twist -- a vote to send a contestant back into the game (a la the "Outcast Tribe" from "Survivor") -- and what advice she would have for people battling with weight loss.

--

Matt Carter: Now, you've said that you went through a variety of tough emotions before deciding to lose weight. What advice would you have for other prospective "Biggest Loser" contestants out there?

Stephanie Anderson: Don't wait to start. For me, 'The Biggest Loser' really is a life-changing experience in more than just losing weight...for me, I didn't wait until I got cast. The most important thing for anyone trying to lose weight is not just trying to do it the right way -- with a healthy weight-loss regiment and exercise habits...it's just as much about the heart.

In 2004 I weighed 198 pounds...but I gained it all back. I just didn't do something about it...I was [all about] my career. For those [looking for advice], just find that balance. Small steps.

Matt Carter: What did you think about Victoria getting allowed back into the ranch?

Stephanie: I'm actually really happy for Victoria. I wanted to vote for Victoria for the pure fact that she hadn't been on the ranch...I said 'I'm going to vote for the person who has lost the least amount of their body weight.' The ranch is here to help us! I never thought of the ranch as a game, I thought of it as a place to help us.

Victoria never got that shot, and my heart is happy for her...but James was over 400 pounds still. I couldn't walk away -- and I mentioned this though editing on TV [may not have shown it] -- that my heart would not be able to be happy if I didn't stick up for him and give him a voice. For me it was just 'this man needs help.' [James] had only lost 14% of his body weight.

Then when they mentioned the other person coming back with the step challenge, and that's when I wasn't happy.

She still smiled when Victoria fumbled during a workout. She seemed against both eliminated contestants in the episode. Unless The Biggest Loser made it seem that way. I was happy to see her leave, because she had consistently lost small numbers and then turned on the waterworks to prevent others from voting her off.
