Did David Carradine die as the result of a sex game? (with photo gallery)

The details of actor David Carradine's death continue to be confusing, with the latest reports from Thailand claiming he died as the result of a sex game.

Carradine was found dead in his Bangkok hotel on Thursday, according to an official from the U.S. State Department. The 72-year-old actor had arrived in Thailand on Tuesday to begin work on the movie "Strand." He was supposed to dine with the film crew on Wednesday evening, but failed to show up at the restaurant.

His body was found in the closet of his hotel room at about 10:00 am Thursday. According to initial police reports, he had probably been dead 12-24 hours. He was originally described as being naked, curled up inside of a wardrobe with a cord tied around his neck. Police initially speculated his death was the result of suicide.

But local newspaper reports on Friday suggest a more sinister possibility. A Friday morning story in the Bangkok Post claims the actor was found naked, with one end of a shoelace fastened around his neck and the other fastened to his private parts. The report also claimed both of his hands were bound, and that police had found a footprint on the bed which did not match any of the shoes owned by the actor. The newspaper further suggests that police believe his death might be related to his participation in a sex game.

Shame on you! For turning Examiner into a tabloid, and turning this tragedy into your own sensationalistic "traffic whoring!" Even if there is any "truth" to the story, why not let the guy's body get cold before you start pumping it for hits.

    Disgusting!

this is worse than when people called him an untalented drunk in the late 1990s. Why do people feel compelled to bad mouth someone who's just died. Kung Fu and Kung Fu: The Legend Contonues are two of my favorite shows and I mourn the death of David Carradine because he was in shows I watched when i was a teenager.

Jeez, how about some respect for the recently deceased? I expect to find this type of sleazy rumor mongering on sites with a little less class. But your article has literally made me feel soiled in only four paragraphs. Necrophiliac journalism - the rape of the dead.

Good thing you won't be invited to Mr. Carradine's funeral, you'd probably check his pockets to make sure you didn't miss anything.

Albert's comment below is correct. You are disgusting, revolting, and a disgrace to Examiner. If this was "approved" by your editors, this site isn't what I thought it was.
