We have already seen Emmitt Smith and Michael Irvin take off to "Dancing with the Stars", and now there is a report that the final member of the Dallas Cowboys' famed "Triplets" could be making an appearance.
TMZ recently caught up with Troy Aikman, who announced to their cameramen that he would be appearing on the show this fall. However, something still seems a little strange about the move. Troy has announced in the past that he would "never" appear on the show, since he lacks any sort of dancing talent at all. There's also the fact that Fox has him under contract to do broadcasting for Sunday afternoon football games (which is something he could still feasibly accomplish, though the travel times would limit how much he could rehearse).
If Troy is telling a joke by claiming he's on the show, it's a cruel one -- he is breaking the mold by claiming to be cast on the show before ABC makes an official announcement.
Do you want to see Troy strap on some dancing shoes?
Update: Aikman just told my good friend Mike Fisher over at DallasBasketball.com that this was, in fact, just him being sarcastic. Troy's not dancing anytime soon.

He has to be joking. Troy would never do that, at least I hope he wouldn't, but they may have given him bookoo bucks.
