Tim Urban is getting close to saying his final farewells to "American Idol" -- at least for the time being. The singer, who is known just as much for his hair as his vocals, recently talked to "Entertainment Tonight" about his departure. Just as he was when I talked to him last week, Urban had nothing but good things to say about his time on the reality TV hit.
For eliminated "Idol" contestants at this stage in the competition, getting booted off the show is hardly the end. Rather, these people will have the opportunity to go on tour with the group -- meaning that they will spend all summer with the same group of people.

I did hate to see such a fine Christian young man leave the show who actually had class and really may have not been the best, but I think he may a lot more to offer the entertainment world than they realize....I am still cheering for this young man...also he resembles my 21 year old son a lot and so that was the other reason for the support of Tim...he made it fun to watch cause you didnt know how he would do from time to time...but I wish he had had at least one more shot...think he did beter than casey!!!
Hope that Donny Osmond takes him on, I think he could be the next teen idol (like Donny was)....I think he was very good wish he had chosen a different song...maybe he should have sung Amazing Grace or something like that!!! Then he would be on this week...but I don't think he was the worst last week...I think casey was!!!
I literally look forward to watching him every week. I was devastated!!! I might stop watching american idol this season... no use I don't like anyone else except crystal and she's gonna win so....

I'm SO happy that little twerp is gone. He made me want to choke the "smile" right off his face.
I already miss Tim on the show. Everyone else on the show is boring. I can't wait to see him back on the finale and on the tour. With his good looks and talent, I can see a career in acting as well as music.
