Even though he will not be heading to New Orleans until September 12, Adam Lambert is already doing a bit of promotional work in the city. Radio station B97 recently had the opportunity to catch up with the "American Idol" singer, and he talked in monologue fashion about some of his upcoming projects and his Glam Nation Tour.
He also yet again had the opportunity to preach his message:
"I think there's something that can be said about trying to be true to yourself and letting your music speak that message and that's what I'm trying to do."
Adam also reminds everyone in the short clip about the remainder of the Glam Nation schedule. Following his gigs in Hawaii at the end of October, he will head over to Europe and commence a leg of the tour there. Things will finally wrap up in December, and at the start of next year the plan is to begin work on a follow-up to "For Your Entertainment."

Yes. The more information we can get on Adam Lambert's upcoming projects, the better. This guy continues to take all the right steps in his career. He will not be a flash in the pan like so many others. It will be so exciting to see how diversified his career will be.
Well, I didn't get to see the video, but I still appreciate every interview. Sorry I will not get to attend the New Orleans concert as a plan went awry, but do plan to see him elsewhere in concert. I know he can't stay out on tour forever, but life off the road might get a little quiet sometimes for an active guy like Lambert. Won't stop me from watching for news of him, and when he might next tour. Best wishes for his over seas show!

Of course! Adam is inspirational, listening to what he has to say makes the day a little bit more bearable! Although we still need a lot of propaganda in Australia, too many people are still ignorant to Adams incomparable AWESOMENESS!! (Just search for his Glam Nation Tour). You will be amazed. This beautiful sexy man with the golden vocal chords will steal your heart and you will never get enouth of him.
last night i sat down and watched all of adam's performances on idol. for the life of me, i still can't believe that he didn't win...water under the bridge now. to those who badmouth this incredible talent, go back to those performances and see what all the glammies see. kara said it best, "you are a rock god!" rock on, baby! l'shanah tovah
Kara was right - he is a rock god. I hope his next cd includes some classic rock. No one is doing it now and Slash said "Adam has the pipes" . The only place I can get great rock in my city in Canada is CJAY-92 which is a classic rock station usually playing 70's and 80's music. Adam can expand his fan base because there a lot of young people who still want to hear something other than pop.

Adam can make any interview interesting, no matter how long or short it is. The reason is that he always speaks from the heart and there is nothing phony about him which is rather refreshing in this hypocritical society. I saw him perform in Roanoke VA last week and he brought the house down. The audience was amazingly diverse with ages ranging from 10 to 80, all on their feet from the time he stepped on the stage to the end. Adam is the ultimate performer!

I appreciate any and all articles you write about Adam Lambert be they short or long. I just have 1 comment, there is no need to use the words American Idol before Adam's name. He is more than just someone who won American Idol (yes, he did win if the truth be told), he is an extremely talented and beautiful entertainer who is going to set the world on fire, he is Iconic, he is Adam Lambert!!!
Exactly, American Idol is in the past. Adam is now a groundbreaker. It's more difficult for him to "make the climb to the top" but he will do it. He will have more time to prepare for his next cd and I hope it's sensational and that will shut the mouths of the people who said he would never make it.
I don't compare him to anyone like Elvis, Mick, Freddie. To me he is Adam, a artist who is not afraid to "push the envelope". I admire him for it.
I love ADAM's interviews ... doesn't stammer or throw in unnecessary words (like .. y'know) very articulate ... so if I miss an interview .. I just Ytube it ... type in ... ADAM LAMBERT interviews ... and ENJOY!!
