It's funny how a rumor can get started -- just because an artist supports someone else's work on their Twitter account does not necessarily mean that they have any plans to work with them professionally in the future. Such is the case with former "American Idol" contestant Adam Lambert. Earlier today, the singer posted a link advertising Christina Aguilera's big announcement -- her upcoming single entitled "Not Myself Tonight."
However, upon doing this action an avalanche of rumors began suggesting that this was in some way a hint by Adam that he was to be working with Aguilera, possibly even on a future tour. As a matter of fact, the singer finally had to shut down the conversation with a new post Tuesday afternoon:
"No Christina tour fans... Where do you get these rumors? Haha I just retweeted her [countdown] to HER big news cuz I'm a fan :)"
There's still no definite news on when a nationwide tour by Adam Lambert could occur, but we are getting closer to finding out. The next big concert gig the singer has is in Vancouver early next month, and after that we are looking at a relatively clean slate.

I hope he does a solo tour! His talent would outshine any other performer. I mean, who can possibly top Adam Lambert's voice and stage presence? Nobody. The man is in a league of his own. He is an incredible talent and women will be flocking to see him perform. I can't wait for his tour!!!!!!
Wow could you imagine Christina A doing a song with Adam Lambert?! That would totally skyrocket to the top! I really do hope they kick a song out together, that would be great.
I also just hope he does a solo tour. There is no other singer I want to see. I just love Adam and only Adam. Anyone else touring with him would just be boring to me.

C'mon, Adam would smash Cristina with his voice presence and entertainment value, if anything she would be the opening act! I would prefer his first tour to be with a big name personally, he needs as-much exposure as possible, his next Album he will have all the firepower and fans he needs to tour alone and sell out to massive crowds!
I think there's a concensus that Adam should tour alone...he should open for no one! Adam is vocally so talented that he doesn't need to ride on someone's else's coattails... he would just overshadow them with his brilliant vocals and performances. There isn't anyone as talented out there today.

I agree with all the others about his incredible talent, but I still feel he would be better off, for his first tour, to be with another performer. I think his career is still too new (young) to be a solo act. This is no way is meant to diminish his talent -- so please don't hate on me. Just an opinion; we all have them.
Like most of the comments above me I would like to see Adam tour alone. He's the only entertainer I am interested in seeing. He will have an amazing show. We don't want him for 15 minutes as an opening act - we want him to entertain us for the whole show.
I hope to see Adam tour with his band and do smaller venues. His interaction with the audience at the Fantasy Springs show was AMAZING! I want my turn.

I love her voice to pieces. She has it all over every other female singer in her age / gendre group. I think it would be awesome for Adam to tour with her.
Have to add that Aguilara is the only one, in my opinion, that comes close to having as good a voice as Adam.
