Charity rejects Patti Blagojevich's 'I'm a Celebrity' earnings

"I'm a Celebrity, Get Me Out of Here" debuted this week on NBC. One of the stars is Patti Blagojevich, wife of former Illinois governor Rod Blagojevich. Rod could not participate in the show due to his pending corruption trial, but Patti is there to drum up sympathy for her husband earn money for charity.

However, it turns out that the first charity Patti Bi approached about the donation said, "Thanks, but no thanks."

The Bear Necessities Pediatric Foundation says they don't want the money from Patti B's stint on the reality show because of bad dealings with her husband. One of the federal charges against Blagojevich is that he threatened to withhold state money from a children's hospital.

NBC says that Patti has found another charity that will accept the money she earns for being bitten by rats and eating scorpions.
